Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Österlen

We loved this home, and Mats was a truly wonderful host. His gracious hospitality made us feel so welcome, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay, even finding a bike trailer for our young boys to enjoy and stocking the kitchen with thoughtful treats just for them. The house itself is cozy, comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and set in a gorgeous forested area close enough to the sea to hear the waves from the back porch. Our stay was so relaxing and we can’t wait to return for another lovely holiday!

Very cozy little house. It is very well located with close distance to many different excursions. Camilla is a super host and be incredibly helpful while we stayed in the house. Camilla really did everything and then some for us.

We spent a week with our 9-month-old son in Petra's house and would come again and again. The old house has been lovingly restored and has great charm. The furnishings are very good and high quality, the two double beds comfortable. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but that didn't bother me. There was a high chair, toys, books and bicycles with a child seat. The bikes are a bit old, but we knew that and it's enough to get to the harbor and the neighboring village. We then did the rest by car. We were allowed to harvest asparagus and rhubarb from the garden and there was plenty of wood to heat the oven. Overall, a really nice experience. Thank you

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the Farm Cottage. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and responsive and gave us great tips for things to see. The cottage is cozy, super comfortable and in a beautiful area. It is easy to reach and there are interesting things to do and see. We recommend a visit highly. Daniella and Frederik's house is a beautiful modern house with the most amazing view. We enjoyed our vacation and the tranquility of the lake. The children rowed and paddled on SUB boards on the lake. Both Daniella and Frederik were friendly and attentive hosts Thank you for a wonderful holiday

It was a perfect place to stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Ola warmly welcomed us on the first day and gave us more tips and hints. It was very relaxing and quiet. The center of Skillinge and the sea are easily accessible on foot or by bike. We will be happy to come back.

We loved our time at Sadie's beautiful space! Even though we were a large, mixed group, the house felt spacious yet cosy and luxurious with plenty of room to cook, eat, and do both group and separate activities. The separate work space was also great as members of our group that had to work had privacy without impacting the others. Malin and Magnus were fantastic, responsive hosts. We appreciated how thoughtful they were reaching out proactively to see if we needed anything specific for the babies in our group. Simrishamn itself seems to be a very cute small town, and it was nice to be walking distance from shops, restaurants and cafes (although we were there over the NYE period so many places were closed). Overall, we would absolutely recommend Malin's house, and hope to be back again in the future.

Fantastic stay! Accommodation: totally beautiful apartment, lovingly furnished, view of the countryside and the deer really nice! Surroundings: Surrounded by nature, dirt roads and forest from the front door, very nice farm with all its animals Activities: feeding the deer, contact with the animals, sauna, bathing lake, hiking in nature + national parks, many excursion possibilities, everything was really great! Nicola and her husband welcomed us warmly, we felt very comfortable - we will gladly come back! We were there as a family with a small child and a dog. 🙂

Cozy pool house that feels private even though its located on Anna-Karin's property. Big plus it includes sheets, towels and cleaning. Good starting point for getting around on Österlen by car. Also located a great restaurant right around the corner. Thank you for your kind response:)

It is a beautiful cottage in the woods with other small houses around it. We were here in October and autumn had really kicked in. It is a beautiful and perfect spot to get away and be in nature. People in the area a very friendly and nice. Sandra as a host was very helpful and help us with whatever questions we might have had. I would strongly recommend it to someone else.

I have used Airbnb for many years, but this is undoubtedly the best host I have had! Very good communication skills, very pleasant to talk to and also willing to compromise. Only positive about the host. The accommodation was completely spotless. Large pool, many social areas to hang out in, both in the house and outside the house in the courtyard. Overall, a very cozy environment! I will undoubtedly book this again.

Super nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay in Åhus. Very affordable and spacious, we got much better accommodation for a cheaper price than those who stayed at the hotel next door. Very satisfied. Will be happy to come back :)

We were a group of friends who wanted to catch up, spend quality time together, and be away from the hustle and bustle, out in nature. We found that in this home! Thank you Magnus for being a generous and responsive host.

Visiting the dreamspace was impromptu, yet in retrospect I feel quietly summoned. Communicating with Pia is a charm; like skating back into a conversation that had simply paused. Absurdly brilliant design. So much heart. Sun flakes spilling across the floor, the fireplace becoming your second pulse, calm nights (except for birds with a clear sense of hierarchy) Local trivia includes swimming, splitting wood, standing still to watch deer passing through like retired royals. Sätofta’s lake is close enough for a dip & far enough it feels like an achievement (20min walk). Cafés/errands are near, though the temptation to ignore civilization entirely is strong. Writers & dreamers, bring your notebooks! This cracker of a villa teases out the stories hiding in your chest. I finished my script, and considered giving up cph city life altogether before coming to my senses (barely). I already ache to return. One does not argue with a place that knows you better than you do yourself. Merci, Nora x

We had a wonderful stay at Linda’s. I might even go as far as saying that this was probably my best Airbnb experience ever. Linda has created a beautiful home to be in and is a very thoughtful and great host. From the moment you walk in you are in for a very personal and pleasing experience. We had wonderful days and made lots of memories inside the spacious apartment, with its big windows, very calm and tasteful arrangements and furniture and the lovely vintage piano. There is a lot great places to explore around, the beach is fairly close and there’s a store right across the street. Strongly recommended!

Marcus was a fantastic host , direct and fast communication, made sure we could stay in a clean cottage very ‘ last minute’. There was even a welcome gift , very thoughtful ! Lots of care and trust, thankful for that ! The location is great , near the sea and beach ! We had a wonderful time !

We were only in the accommodation in the evening and left early in the morning. Therefore, it worked well for us without a kitchen. Very quiet and private. Thank you
