L-shaped house in wonderful leafy town on the outskirts of Österlen. Peaceful place with open fields as a neighbor. The house is open up to ridge. In summer, there is a pool and in winter, there are two stoves, a wood-fired sauna and a wood-fired hot tub. BBQ area, parking, large green area and close to forest and land. Open space on ground floor with living room and kitchen. Toilet, bathroom and 5 bedrooms on the bottom. 3 open mezzanine floors with flying stairs to 3 bedrooms. These mezzanine rooms are open with no doors or railings.

Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. Insjöbadplats och båtuthyrning fiske 15 km . Ystads djurpark 6 km från stugan .20 km till Ystad och dess vita sandstränder. Ni har möjlighet att boka utespa /bastu på tomten mot en avgift ! Det finns en dansbana med tak samt ett naturrum belägen vid dammen att hyra , men måste meddelas innan , då vi har 2 stugor!
