Our cottage is located in beautiful falbygden. Right next to the garden is the pilgrimage trail between Falköping and Varnhem. In autumn and spring there are cranes in the fields. The cabin has kitchen, TV room and toilet with shower on the ground floor. Two bedrooms on the second floor, one with double bed, three single beds in the other. Balcony is available. The cottage is partly heated by a pellet stove that spreads heat, there is also a wood burning stove in the kitchen that can be burned. To the west there is a terrace, exit from the TV room, with furniture and barbecue. Pets welcome!

FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksberg Manor: 19th century or older. In this farm the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – d. 1790) is said to have lived. On a stone in the foundation of the courtyard should be a carving with Nils name. Picture of this stone can be found in the Värmland archive's foot archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present. It's probably hidden by mortar covered over the rocks.
