Forest height! A house in the middle of the forest and in the middle of Skåne

Skogshöjda is a small house of 52 m2 but still has everything! The house is in the middle of Skåne and if you take the car on a day trip, you can reach all corners of Skåne in about 1-1.5 hours. Here you can enjoy watching movies, listening to music, playing games or you can be out in the garden or in the forest. Take the car and you have Åhus' nice sandy beaches 1 hour away. You can bike or walk down to the lake to swim and fish. In autumn, you will find plenty of mushrooms in Karlarp's nice forest. Welcome all year round. Marianne & Martin

Animal & Child Friendly Cabin with Fireplace and Hot Tub

Cozy cottage just outside Höör where you get full access to the whole place and where there is, among other things, an outdoor hot tub, fireplace, outdoor fireplace, large wooden deck and a spacious garden with a forest just behind. The place is in a small cottage village near Kvesarumssjön. Around the cottages, you are surrounded by the forest and with a 10-minute walk through the forest, you can get down to a lake with a barbecue and swimming area. NOTE: This is not a place to have a party or play music outdoors as it is in a cottage village.

Maglehem by the sea and beech forests

Newly renovated small cottage (25 sqm). A separate bedroom with double bed. Two sleeping lofts with room for 2 and 1 bed respectively. Fantastic surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich birdlife. 3 km to the sea. Infinite cycle paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem you don't hear any car traffic. Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 that goes from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Cabin in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Architect-designed small house in Baskemölla on Österlen. Repainted inside in 2023. Close by is the sea and fantastic nature. Skåneleden (SL4) is just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north, take the wonderful beach promenade in Carl von Linné's footsteps towards the fishing community of Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the little gems that Österlen can offer. Note: Rentals 2025 week 24-27 (weekly) and week 32-35 (weekly)

Cabin of 64 sqm a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. Perfect for the family with two adults and 2-3 kids. Bathroom, kitchen, living room and a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed adapted for children. There is a pull-out bed in the living room. Where there's a TV but no channels. But a Chromecast is available for streaming. Fenced yard. The cottage is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning supplies are available.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

"Sigges" red cottage by the sea

Enjoy nice days with family or friends near the sea on picturesque Västra Näs. New! For groups of more than 8 people, we recommend the possibility of renting our second house "Holken", which is located on an adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together. Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to the city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its fine sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The place can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).
