House was clean and very well equipped. Ivan was always available and responded quickly and kindly. He is very flexible. We thought we would arrive before 3 pm and would have been allowed into the house by then. The house is beautifully located by the sea. You can always hear the sound of the sea in all rooms, which we enjoyed very much. To reach the beach, you only have to cross a sandy path. The beach is quite nice. The sunsets and the view of the Aeolian Islands are also wonderful. The terrace is the highlight of the house. The path to the house is a sandy path that is very well worn. Ivan draws attention to this in his ad. And with a higher car, for example Panda, you can get there easily. The directions, description for waste disposal and handling of the existing equipment is very good and detailed. You just have to read them and stick to them. Thank you Ivan. there is a big problem in this stay: it lasted too little! We stayed one day inside this lovely apartment, my cousin and I had a great time! I have been around the world for years thanks to my work and I have visited and met billions of owners and I have to say that people like Mr. Pippo and the whole group, are rare people to find. A welcome worthy of a 4-star, super clean and fragrant house, cared for in every detail, a courtesy and kindness unbeatable. We found breakfast, water and excellent seasonal fruits (including their gardens). When we wanted to rent bikes, they were promptly made available to us, with the message before using them. In the evening we unexpectedly received excellent homemade pizza by Mr. Pippo and all his delicious family. We felt like family, really! We recommend it to everyone, treat them with care that are rare to date people like this.

I highly recommend this Villa - it surpassed our expectations. The best aspect is Maurizio’s services and excellent communication. He helped organise transfers (even at very short notice), arranged pizza chefs at the villa, and reliably responded to all our requests promptly. Hospitality and care like a 5* hotel. I planned a trip for 4 days for a group of 14 girls in mid-May. As soon as we landed in Catania, we felt we were being personally looked after. Maurizio helped me pre-arrange minibus transfers and kept in regular contact to ensure all was well. Exploring the grounds of the villa was a highlight. We enjoyed fresh oranges from the trees and squeezed large lemons into our drinks. There’s an excellent outdoor gazebo area with concrete ground and tent-like roof surrounded by beautiful trees. The terraces provide beautiful views of the sea, sunset and islands. The kitchen is small but was sufficient to cook for 14 people, with large pots/pans. Bedrooms huge and spacious
