Monthly Rentals in Orihuela

Just got back from a 2 week stay at this apartment - Tijn was a great host, the communication was excellent and he was very supportive and helpful. The apartment itself is amazing, it was so clean and modern, the amenities are great, the location is amazing and there is so much to do within walking distance. It felt like a home from home. Euro market and Lidl are a couple of minutes walk away and have everything you need. The pool area is perfect and has plenty of sunloungers, it was never too busy and very relaxing. They also have a new gym in the complex which Is great and very quiet. There is a square full of bars and restaurants about 8 mins walk away. Celtic Drop irish bar and Milk and Honey were great bars and Semana Chinese and Bombay supper club were both amazing too. If you like walking then there is a beautiful coastal walk (about 3/4 miles) to Cabo Roig and they have a beautiful beach bar called bar Bahia with great views and tapas. Would definitely return!!

Paco was very easy to work with. He was extremely responsive to all of our communications. He met us upon arrival and made sure that we had everything we needed. The apartment was very spacious, quiet and clean. I highly recommend Paco’s apartment and would stay there again.

This was the best equipped Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The owners had thought of everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with stylish furniture. Our flight was early and we were able to get in to the apartment early too. The underground carpark was great too. The south facing balcony was superb and very private. The apartment block was quiet too. Walkable to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Also 5 minute drive to 3 different golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it !

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Well located in a nice square close to commerce. The apartment is faithful to the photos, clean and pleasant to live in.
