Monthly Rentals in Orange

This space was a perfect location for my son who needed an extended place to stay while we had some construction going on at the house he was living in. Very close to Chapman campus, quiet lovely street and a private from with his own private entrance. Host was very responsive and the space was just as described. Very small but has everything you need to live. Beautiful finishings, great bathroom and cute little kitchenette

Spend near one month, and just an amazing experience with David’s house. Everything is perfect, quiet and cozy neighborhood with beautiful flowers. Close to the freeways, easy to get anywhere you want. And the host is responsive and warmhearted. Perfect experience overall.

This was the perfect place to stay! We were there for our Chapman student’s graduation. We were able to relax and enjoy everything more because of this space. Being able to cook breakfast as a family and offer her a peaceful spot to study for her last exam made it feel like we were at home.

I was in Orange County just for one night for a baseball game. The price for this location was perfect, less then I probably would have paid for a hotel, with that advantage that it supports local business. Teresa's instructions for entry were very detailed, with pictures included in the description. The cottage is private, but as I was traveling alone, I appreciated that it was privacy with someone nearby such that I felt safe. The home is conveniently located, but is also tucked away in a setting that feels rural and peaceful. I greatly enjoyed my trip.
