Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Općina Ražanac

We stayed with Antonio in the house for 10 days in August. We were received very nicely by Antonio's mother, who carries out the check-in. She lives in a unit in the house, is available for questions but otherwise you don't notice her much. One evening, she grilled delicious fish for us. Great big pool, great outdoor kitchen and clean house. All as described. I will gladly come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Ana's house and hope to come back soon! Amazing views from the terrace, good internet connection, two bathrooms which is a comfortable extra, and a well-equipped kitchen. Ana and her parents are lovely hosts, they went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

It was a very pleasant stay, the house was large, and the two families stayed comfortably.

Draganas mother welcomed us very kindly and warmly. They were always there when we needed help. It was great that the gate was lockable and had mosquito nets everywhere. Disadvantages were: The hot water was very limited and you could only shower warm for a maximum of 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable either. Our Wi-Fi was also pretty bad.

Passing through for one night, the apartment is really nice and convenient for visiting Zara. Sime was a very helpful host

There were six of us. We really enjoyed the house and Nada. Especially Lana. She speaks English really well and can explain everything. The house is very well located near the village of Razanac and is also a few minutes from the sea. Nada also brought fruit and vegetables from her garden several times and this counts for a lot in a stay in my opinion. In fact, it is the first time that a host welcomes us so well in their house. For this reason I congratulate Nada and her entire family. A truly unforgettable place. A fantastic experience. Thank you.

We had a great time at Braanko's place. The accommodation was very well equipped for us and our two-and-a-half-year-old son. The terrace is beautiful and offers breathtaking views. We were looking for a family vacation, mixed with sea and walks and we found everything we needed nearby. Branko was very available, responsive and friendly. We will recommend this property to those around us and we will be happy to come back if we have the opportunity! THANK YOU!

The garden and the olive trees are very nice.

Apartment equipped with all the comforts described, great for a relaxing vacation. The house is located in a very quiet village, in the morning the birds wake you up, to reach the beaches as seen from the location you need a car. The highlight is Vera and her family, very kind and helpful, also because they live next door. Real's father delighted us throughout the holiday with excellent melons, and watermelons of his production, and allowed us to take vegetables and fruits from his garden. Even one day since my car didn't leave because of the battery, he promptly helped me set it up with some cables, and showed me where to take the new one. The mother also cared for an otite as it once was done in a natural way, with drops of her miraculous aloe plants. What can I say, I highly recommend choosing this house, and the only negative note I can find, and that we have to leave, and how to leave relatives.

We stayed at LaVida Penthouse for two nights and it was amazing! The Penthouse is new and the interior is very modern. The terrace is unique, the view is breath taking and is even much bigger the it seemed on photos. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace and the sauna inside. The bedroom we used was very comfortable had an en suite bathroom and a wonderful sea view but there are more bedrooms which are also wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet with just a few houses around. Location is great if you plan to explore Zadar county because it's close to the Highway (13km), to Zadar, Nin, island Pag. We're definitely satisfied with our choice and will recommend it to our family & friends we are looking forward to come back for an longer stay. Thank you Martina!

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.

We stayed with our son (1 year) at Sandrine and Nicolas's place. The location is great and located on a beautiful private beach. The kitchen is well equipped. There are loungers on the beach and also on the terrace you have everything you need. We got a lot of great tips for the stay from the hosts. Even with questions, we always received a quick response. A small supermarket is right nearby and Zadar can be reached in 30 minutes.

The place was very clean and nothing was missing! The solar shower was the hit! The figs are always very tasty and fresh! We were super satisfied and would love to come back! I was here on a short vacation and I am delighted! The location is a full hit because it is near the island of Pag and Zadar is very close. Monika and Jure were excellent hosts, they gave me recommendations for attractions and restaurants nearby and welcomed me with gifts in a basket - a wonderful gesture. The apartment is impeccably clean and I enjoyed their beautiful terrace. All recommendations!

Beautiful place close to the beach. A couple of miles away from Old Town.

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

We had a fantastic stay at Gabrijela’s place, what a find! 15 minute walk from the centre, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very cozy. We felt right at home! The private parking right in front of the door is a massive bonus, just a word of warning: If you’re coming with a bigger car it might get a bit tight. Just for reference, our Volvo XC60 needed some delicate manoeuvring to get into the spot - so if you’re coming with something bigger it might be a bit of a challenge :) however the tight drive is mentioned in the description, so we were ready and had no issues! Gabrijela and Kristijan were always super responsive and helpful. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Luka's place was even better than we expected - the Airbnb was spacious, modern and the rooftop deck was huge and had a view of Zadar old town! We walked into old town in less than 1/2h, used the secure underground parking and has a great time in the place.
