Owner was very helpful, flexible, gave a us good recommendations. House was very nice, clean, cozy, equipped with entertainments for both adults and children. Suitable for families, couples and party groups. We would definitely go back to the same house if we travel to Zadar again.

The stay at Villa Lubey was unique and our expectations were exceeded. Homemade honey, olive oil and Rakija were provided to us at check-in. We were a group of 13 young people aged 18-19 years. The host also brought a birthday cake because it was someone's birthday. The price of the villa was unbeatable and I recommend this place 100%.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Field Hill. Everything was very lovely. The host was super responsive, and very fast to answer any questions. She even brought us fresh grown vegetables during our stay. A really great experience.

The entire property is absolutely beautiful. The house features a modern design, and the cleanliness is impeccable both inside and in the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the three bedrooms upstairs each have their own bathroom. The pool is large enough for both swimming and playing various ball games (we were 9 adults and one child). We were pleasantly surprised to find delicious figs in the garden, and the pomegranates were ripening nicely. The area is very quiet, and the hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a genuine pleasure to meet them.

10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

Everything was great, the house was superbe and very clean. The host showed great hospitality and they were really nice. You can reach the beach by foot and Zadar is only a 20 min car ride away. The only minor thing is that there was some construction work done right beside the house, so the noise can be slightly disturbing.

We had a wonderful stay in this very nice, modern and well-equipped holiday home in Ražanac. The accommodation was clean, relatively new and in good condition overall. The garden is also very beautiful and well maintained with a large grill with wood and charcoal ready. The pool was always clean thanks to the cover and can also be heated on request, which fortunately was not necessary during our stay. The hosts were always friendly, helpful and always easy to reach. The arrival was particularly warm, as we were greeted with cake and a cheese and sausage platter – a very nice gesture! Communication was easily conducted in English. The location of the house is also very good: It is quiet, easily accessible, a supermarket is nearby and the small city center with some restaurants is easily accessible on foot. We can recommend this vacation home without reservation!

The outdoor space is fantastic and a great place to use as a home base for your trip. We loved the pool and deck. The sea is less than 5 minutes down the road and an easy walk (including with a stroller) to a rocky beach that’s very swimmable. There are bars and restaurants as well as a grocery store and pharmacy within easy walking distance as well. Our group rented the whole house which is broken up into three two bedroom apartments and easily fit our group of 9, while still allowing for some privacy across the 3 families. We were able to park 3 cars without issue. Wifi works well as did appliances. The house is in a residential neighborhood so quiet times are enforced, particularly outdoor noise after 10pm. Ida and her family were responsive and the house was as advertised. Thanks for your hospitality!

Just Wow! Our first impression of the house and it continued. The house is very nicely decorated and super equipped. Kitchen accessories of all kinds, shower/towels etc. all available! (Except wifi; was not always and available in all rooms) Each bedroom with air conditioning and cozily furnished, with its own bathroom. In the basement a fitness area, better than in some hotels. The (partly video monitored) outdoor area also offers everything you need! Space in the shade, loungers, showers and access directly to the sea. Water shoes are highly recommended here, as it goes rocky into the sea (which could also be difficult for non-swimmers and children, depending on the waves.) The pool can't be used, but that's not bad if you don't expect one from the start. Our highlight was to be able to watch dolphins 2 times with a direct view of the sea from the living room and also sleeping (straight from bed)! We recommend the house!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Luka was super friendly & helpful. It was a warm welcome and he gave us a good introduction to the house and the surrounding area. The villa is well equipped, everything was clean. The huge garden with the pool was also ideal for a larger group. Only two of the three bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Overall, we were very satisfied and would book the place again:)

Hello everyone, so the house is on the right, modernly furnished and state of the art. Every detail is available in the house. What I really liked is the private pool filled with salt water. Would love to come back anytime again!

This is an absolutely fantastic villa which is in a beautiful location which is close to the beach and a few restaurants. The villa was very comfortable and well equipped. The pool is amazing! The host was great at communicating. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time here very much. We would definitely come again, maybe if it's warmer so we can use the pool more often as the water was too cold for us. Overall, the accommodation has everything you need, you feel at home ☺️
