We had a great time at Braanko's place. The accommodation was very well equipped for us and our two-and-a-half-year-old son. The terrace is beautiful and offers breathtaking views. We were looking for a family vacation, mixed with sea and walks and we found everything we needed nearby. Branko was very available, responsive and friendly. Just wow! From the first contact until arriving home, we had incredibly warm contact with Sandrine and Nicolas. :) The two are likeable, friendly and very helpful. No matter what the concern was, we could always turn to them. The place was indescribably beautiful, even better than expected. Everything necessary was there, it was clean, tidy and the view is fantastic. You can even hear the gentle sound of the sea in the bedroom. We were there during the low season and were almost the only tourists. It was quiet, peaceful and perfect to come down. We'll most likely be back next year. ♡

Direct and side sea view with landscape panorama, super clean apartment, good facilities, very good air conditioning, modern window shutters that really darken, practical outdoor shower, stable internet. Our child was happy about the cats, the dog and the 3 swings (instead of the no longer available trampoline) in the garden. The host is super friendly and always helpful. Beautiful, child-friendly, very flat sloping sandy beach with free umbrellas 5min walking distance. 2 nice restaurants with playgrounds by the sea. 20min to the beautiful old town of Nin. We had a delightful time.

Dijana’s place is absolutely superb. The lounge and kitchen are spacious and the kitchen is *extremely* well equipped. The two bedrooms are large with a *huge* and comfortable double bed and a single bed each. There’s plenty of cupboard space. The en-suite bathrooms were neat, tidy and spotless. The washroom has an extra shower and toilet as well as a washing machine. There are plenty of good quality towels of several sizes. The patio has a spectacular view out over the sea and the sunsets were breathtaking. The sea itself is easily accessible down a short flight of stairs. The apartment is a short 10 minute drive from several supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. Dijana is a *fantastic* host and responded to any questions within minutes. She provided essential supplies for when we arrived (drinking water, coffee, snacks etc). She bent over backwards to ensure we had a great stay. We would heartily recommend her and her apartment.

We stayed with our son (1 year) at Sandrine and Nicolas's place. The location is great and located on a beautiful private beach. The kitchen is well equipped. There are loungers on the beach and also on the terrace you have everything you need. We got a lot of great tips for the stay from the hosts. Even with questions, we always received a quick response. A small supermarket is right nearby and Zadar can be reached in 30 minutes.

The apartment was what we had hoped for and was sparkling clean. No carpet, all tiled :-) The pool is very nice and the location of the house is suitable for relaxing or excursions, e.g. Zadar, Nin, Krka, Zrmanja, ... - There is a quiet, shallow sandy beach in the village Ljubac or very nice bathing coves with a rocky beach on the opposite coastline near Vrsi.

Spontaneous booking - Check in at 9:20 pm was no problem! Thanks for that!!! Location is nice, away from the hustle and bustle still quickly to Zadar. Clean accommodation with direct access to the sea. We would come back!

Absolutely beautiful villa, 50m from a small beach. We loved the garden and the terrace which we could enjoy even though it was the week before Easter and not always sunny. The village and the bay are secluded enough to feel very private but there are nice little towns (especially Nin) and great restaurants within 10-15min driving distance. We can only recommend this place to any family.

Staying at Branka's place is like visiting your grandmother on vacation. The house has just such an energy of peace. I would be happy to stay longer. The location is not suitable for those who want to party, it is a quiet place, for everyone who wants peace.

We had a perfect stay at the place. We were warmly welcomed and looked after, also spent a nice evening with the hostess. Everything as described and new as well as high quality furniture, kitchen and house as well as mega garden and terrace. Super close to the beach and on the dog beach of Razanac The place was very clean and all the necessary and even more was available. We actually did not like to move out. Thank you for everything!

A super great house almost on the beach. The house is new, comfortable and very clean. Hosts Nata and Alen are very friendly. There is also a very good restaurant right next to it. All highly recommended

The stay was the best thing during our trip to Zadar. It is situated in the perfect location close to the old town with a beautiful view from the windows. They had provided all necessary amenities and requirements in the apartment. It is very well equipped for most of your needs. If you are planning for book boat trips or Plitvice lake trips, the apartment is well located within walking distance to the pickup points. The proximity to the old town helps you to enjoy the night vibe of the town and safely walk back to the apartment. I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Zadar. It is usually always booked, you are lucky if you get it.

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was very clean and Petra was very helpful. Zaglav is a lovely town and everyone was very friendly.

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.
