Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zadar County

We had a wonderful week at Antonija's place. She is a super nice, helpful hostess who was always available and gave us very good tips. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well equipped. We felt comfortable right away. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the water. Sukosan is a charming village with beautiful promenade and great cafes, bars and restaurants, the shops are within walking distance. The location of the place is perfect for excursions to the national parks, Zadar, Sibenik and Nin. Check-in/out and communication were smooth. Thank you for the hospitality and the lovely stay! The location of the accommodation is great! Right by the sea. The house is optimally sized and tastefully furnished. The terrace is super. Perfect for beach lovers. Tiziano was always available. Clear recommendation.

Communication with Sandra was perfect, within minutes. The host couple was very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony was equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Fast WiFi and storage for our rented bikes was also available. Bakery and supermarkets were in the immediate vicinity. The beach was within walking distance as well as a nice cafe, where the sunset could be celebrated. We enjoyed the 2 weeks very much.

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is somewhat remote and wonderfully quiet - yet you are only half an hour from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large grill gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job - you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections to find it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the grill, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

We highly recommend this place 🤩 It is located right in front of the sea, we took our coffee there in the mornings, it is also private and quite, there were some constructions around so the streets were almost empty, easy to park and safe The apartment was comfortable, we found everything in order, good amenities like hot water, TV, kitchen clean and cozy bedroom It is also 15 min from Zadar if you plan to go to the city centre, there is a free parking lot, we were there twice and had no problem We were exploring mostly nature, so we rented a car and it was easy to drive around, we could park in front of the apartment Marko gave us recommendations, which we took in mind, also places to eat and things to do. We had a good time and sure we will love to stay here next time

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

Nataša and Niko's house was just as we expected from the pictures. Both were very friendly and easy to reach. The house is very nicely decorated both indoors and outside and was super clean. Depending on the season it can be very windy. Only the German and Croatian sense of time is something different, which we noticed on arrival and departure:) Niko has a suitable contact for every activity and provides lots of great tips in the area.

Host was very friendly and was very quick to respond to questions. Beautiful, spacious apartment; completely updated. Kitchen had everything you’d need. Location is great. You can walk to old town and beaches in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.

Mirjana is a great hostess. The wonderful view of the lake is simply amazing.

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

We had a wonderful stay at Maja’s spacious apartment in Sukošan! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, with stores and bakeries just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything we needed. It also served as a great base for day trips to Zadar, Krka National Park, and even Plitvice Lakes. Maja was a kind and responsive host. We’d happily stay here again—highly recommended!

I loved my three-week stay in Zadar with Franciska and Toni. Communication with Franciska is really fast and excellent. Toni installed fiber optic internet. It was great! Toni's mom works hard to make sure everything is perfect. The apartment is bright, comfortable, clean, well-equipped. The terrace is also very comfortable. It overlooks the family garden. In addition, there was the bike. What a joy! Whether it's to get to the center of the old town, to the bus station, to visit an island, to ride along the coast on either side, to access the beaches... nothing but joy on a bike. With the bus, Zadar is surrounded by national and provincial parks classified by UNESCO. It's beautiful!!! A big thank you to the whole family for your welcome.

Bozidar is a great host, he really cared for guests, his apartment is in excellent condition, when we first stepped in, we were like… wow !!! It was so clean AND so private !!! In Zadar we need to rent a car, so we did, and his parking area is no problem…. Any way, we just love it because it was beautiful, clean and easy to move around with a car. Bozidar even gave us a free cherry bucket he picked it in his back yard. Thanks a lot. Hope to see you next time.

We stayed at Davor and Irena’s apartment at the end of May, 2025. The apartment is very clean, equipped with all the necessities we needed (e.g full kitchen, washing machine, AC). It’s a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, we didn’t need a car and were able to walk to the old town as well. In the other direction, there are more beaches/cafes/restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, Davor and Irena are really welcoming and hospitable, we had no problems reaching them if we needed anything. I highly recommend staying at their apartment if you’re in Zadar!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

It was a great place to stay that definitely upgraded our stay in Zadar. The place fully complies with the photos and is fully equipped. To get to the apartment you have to go into a backyard that first clouds the appearance a little, but you should not be taken beforehand. Unfortunately, there were technical difficulties in the bathroom at first, which were a little uncomfortable at first. But after a short consultation with Gordana, she was able to quickly organize help and the disturbance was resolved in a few hours. In summary, Gordana is a great host and the place is definitely recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Gabrijela’s place, what a find! 15 minute walk from the centre, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and very cozy. We felt right at home! The private parking right in front of the door is a massive bonus, just a word of warning: If you’re coming with a bigger car it might get a bit tight. Just for reference, our Volvo XC60 needed some delicate manoeuvring to get into the spot - so if you’re coming with something bigger it might be a bit of a challenge :) however the tight drive is mentioned in the description, so we were ready and had no issues! Gabrijela and Kristijan were always super responsive and helpful. Thanks so much for hosting us!

This apartment was right on the marina close to restaurants and a market. The place was clean and charming; even more modern than the photos show. Also, the terrace was a wonderful addition for hanging out. Dinko was very personable and accommodating to our needs when we arrived. Washing clothes was easy too. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat!
