the place was beautiful furnished, a real home away from home. there was a cute little basket full of good information about the area, walks, restaurants, and other useful information. The kitchen was amazingly stocked, there even Marmite! It was a cold ish weekend, the place was nice and warm without need for heating (which was available) Aroha was super responsive and great to deal with. the place looks quite small from outside but is actually super roomey. walking distance to the beach with a great view from the deck, I can imagine how great it would be on a summer day! Loved everything about it, highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if Aroha will have us :)

We love our stay in Josephine’s place. We enjoyed our walks on the beach during sunset and before sunrise. Her hospitality is top notch. She also baked delicious muffins for us that we devoured during the drive home.

Return visit for me, I enjoy this spot so much. Lovely self-contained room with everything you need. Close to eateries and beach walks. Thanks agai,n Bruce.

Booked this property on behalf of work colleagues - this is what they said .....The place was great super clean, had everything needed for either holiday with family and friends as well as just for us staying over on a work trip The view from the back porch is amazing and hearing the ocean throughout the night is priceless The area and community is super nice Definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone
