Monthly Rentals in Oltretorrente, Parma

Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Location: The apartment is located right in the historic center, so one can easily walk everywhere, including the train station. Apartment: It is very spacious, and the living room/kitchen is constantly light-filled, mostly due to the unobstructed panoramic view from the two windows. It is very modern and surprisingly quiet, even though it is in a rather busy area. Everything was spotless. Services: There were very good cafes, restaurants, shops, a large supermarket, and other services nearby. Host: I did not get to meet Andrea, but he was very proactive and very patient. All the instructions were very clear, and he always replied quickly. I highly recommend.

Great location short walk to the main restaurant areas and train station. The apartment is great also clean, secure and has everything you need. Would stay there again. Thanks really enjoyed the stay.

Perfect location and great apartment for one or two people. The host is very helpful and always available, he also speaks English and french if needed. Highly recommended
