Everything was perfect during our stay. The host was very friendly on our arrival and in the previous days as well. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, with everything you need and even more. The building and neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting after days of walking. Dorina is a super friendly and accommodating host and the communication with her was always very smooth. The apartment is very nice, perfectly clean and fully equipped with everything which is needed. This is true also for the kitchen if you want to do your own cooking. It is located the second floor and is comfortably accessible by elevator. The flat is in the city centre of Parma not far away from the duomo. Many shops are around the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. I definitely hope to return on one of my next travels!

The stay in this accommodation was truly impeccable! The house was exactly as described: attention to detail and equipped with all the necessary comforts to feel at home. The location was in a quiet area and a short walk from the historic center, ideal for exploring the city without stress. The host was available, kind and attentive to every need. He provided very useful information on restaurants and public transport, always being present but never intrusive. The attention to small details was also very much appreciated: there was something to eat for breakfast, coffee capsules... I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized experience.

My mom and I stayed at Giovanni's apartment. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Suitable for those who have to move on foot and those who have to go to the Maggiore hospital, which is very close. We had a great time. Giovanni is super kind and friendly, available to meet the needs of guests. If we were to return, we would clearly stay in his property!

Federico was absolutely friendly, professional, and responsive. The apartment matches the description, of great taste and elegance, attention to detail, beautiful decor, design but also functional. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The palace is of fine finish, practical for parking and to reach the historic center. Highly recommended for any type of stay in beautiful Parma. Perfect place for our family of three, super apartment and hosts!

A trip chosen almost to play with my girlfriend Oriana, three days of wonderful emotions and feelings to take home. Assunta and Ivan, with their Matilde (beautiful dog of extraordinary sweetness), transported us into a dream, from the warm welcome, to the small attentions. And if the details make a difference, and they do, there are a lot of details here, from the cleanliness of the place to the crazy breakfasts! A project, that of their B&B, of extraordinary beauty. From the entrance there are wonderful scents, from lavender to dry straw; the colors are earthy, natural, sincere, a bit like their smile. It was great to chat with them about anything. We recommend learning how much more you need to know about the place and the surroundings. There are wonderful stories in those valleys full of nature, and they're there within walking distance. This extraordinary place really deserves to be seen, but above all lived. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything worked out well. The apartment was inviting and clean, the communication with Martina very nice. Parma is a great city!In fact, the street in front of the apartment can be heard very clearly inside, but that did not bother us. The private parking behind the house is great.

Nicolò was very kind from the first contacts, the room was above expectations and in a very convenient location to walk to the center. Excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed and pillows (an aspect not to be underestimated). If I had to go back to Parma, I would definitely book again!

This is a vey clean, comfortable and quiet apartment, despite being in the center of town. Roberta and Cesare are friendly and flexible, and helpful with any issues that may arise. The living area is perfect for two people - my husband and I enjoyed our stay.

Our children were absolutely thrilled, and even our dog immediately felt at home. A beautiful, spacious garden with berry bushes, trees and countless loving details. You can feel how much love for nature and mindfulness is in every corner. It is a place of peace and beauty that you don't want to leave. I would write a lot more if it were possible here.
