Monthly Rentals in Old Town, Donostia-San Sebastian

My partner and I very much enjoyed our stay at Santiago’s apartment in San Sebastián. Santiago was very kind and communicative and was a great host. The apartment is comfortable and perfectly located in the heart of the old town, close to countless amazing restaurants. Despite the central location, the apartment was very quiet at night as long as we kept the windows closed. We would love to stay here again when we return to San Sebastián.

Perfectly situated on a pedestrian street above a delicious bakery. Central to everything. Very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Not only is the apartment incredibly well placed overlooking what was an old bull fighting arena where the numbered spectator viewing locations are still on view within Plaza Constitucion, but it is central to all things pintxos & food heaven. There are endless options within steps or walk a little further & there are more pintxos, more Michelin star restaurants, more fabulous clothing stores & just an all round great atmosphere & vibe. The beach is a short walk away & it is laid back & absolutely fabulous. It is a great opportunity to just have a relaxing day taking in all the vistas that surround the beach. Sara & Jesus are incredible hosts !!! I have never had a better, more connected, helpful, resourceful host on Airbnb ever. Sara is exceptionally attentive & helpful - could not give her more credit. Well done !!
