Apartment holiday rentals in Old Town, Donostia-San Sebastian

Wonderfully located and beautifully furnished apartment that feels more like a luxury hotel than a typical Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, with all amenities readily available. The apartment is within walking distance of everything we needed, and there’s also a parking garage conveniently located just around the corner.

This was a clean and spacious recently renovated apartment with everything you need for your stay. The bathroom was large and had a great shower. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen had everything you might need to prepare meals, but who cooks in San Sebastián?! The Old Town location was great, being steps from all the action. We had a little trouble with Bluetooth connection with apartment door lock, but Feel Free host was able to open door remotely. Don’t hesitate with this gem of a space!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in the heart of San Sebastián’s Old Town. The location couldn’t have been better—steps away from the best pintxo bars, the beach, and all the charm the city has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the host. They went above and beyond in every possible way—genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When I accidentally left behind a personal item, the host not only found it but promptly arranged to have it sent back to me without hesitation. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated.

A truly stunning apartment. The views are huge and everywhere. The location cannot be beat. The host was super easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved our stay in this very beautiful spot.

Irati was very welcoming. She met us at the door and showed us around the apartment and then provided information on where we should go for dinner. The apartment was large and very well presented. It was also walking distance to everything that we wanted to see, do and eat. I would highly recommend Irati and her apartment to anyone wanting to visit San Sebastián.

We had a wonderful stay in Donostia at Inigo’s stylish apartment. The host was super communicative throughout and had thought of everything to make our stay a success - from the drinks in the fridge to greet us to the beach bag in the cupboard. We had high hopes for the location and view and it didn’t disappoint- it was such a joy to watch the sunsets over the bay from the terrace, and only a stone’s throw from the beautiful, sandy La Concha beach for swimming, running, walking and relaxing. Everything was walkable from the apartment - we didn’t have to take taxis or public transport once. The perfect spot for a chilled out and sophisticated mini-break - and our teenagers were blown away too.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in the Gros neighborhood of San Sebastián. The location is great, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, markets, etc. The apartment faces inside and it's very quiet. The roll-down shades make the apartment really dark which is great for sleeping. The apartment has an open setup so there's lots of room in the kitchen area. The apartment is located in the 1st floor which makes it easy to walk up but there's also an elevator. The place is located close to the beach (~10 minute walk) but there's no "direct access" per se as mentioned on the listing. The apartment has both a dish washer and a laundry washing machine which is very useful.

Amazing!!! Jons place is perfect, light and airy, clean and spacious. Jon is the best Airbnb host I have ever had. Super helpful with everything and just a nice guy. Super responsive and called a taxi for us. Also loved his recommendation list. Already planning on coming back asap. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in San Sebastián!

Olga and Jorge’s home was an absolute delight. Perfectly located in the heart of Donostia, it’s beautifully decorated with thoughtful attention to detail throughout. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped and generously stocked with amenities—Olga and Jorge have truly thought of everything to make their guests feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality were unmatched, and they provided us with many helpful tips and local insights. The use of their parking space was an added bonus and made exploring the area even easier. San Sebastián itself is incredible, and this home made our stay all the more memorable. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return someday. With San Martin Square just outside the door—featuring a supermarket, cafés, and great shopping—and the beach only steps away, the location couldn’t be better. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had.

Tania was amazing to us and made our time in San Sebastián fantastic. She gave us many recommendations of her favourite restaurants, was so friendly when I checked in, and made us feel right at home. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone

Had a wonderful few days staying in Amaia’s place in San Sebastián. The apartment is in an excellent location in the Old Town, so close to the action but very quiet & peaceful at night. It was clean & spacious. Amaia sent us a long list of suggestions of places to go for food & drinks which was really helpful. She also helped us out with booking a local taxi to Hendaye train station at the end of our stay.

We had an incredible time in San Sebastián and a lot of that had to do with our stay here. Such a great location with amazing restaurants and bars near by (you must try Desy Vegas). Paula’s flat was spacious, stylish and had beautiful natural light. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

Absolutely brilliant apartment, clean, cozy and very quiet considering how central it is, all products for cleaning and toiletries provided, including some sweets and water in the fridge to coffee pods for the machine, Location was brilliant, everything was on our doorstep. Could not believe how close to everything we where. Kira was brilliant she was fast and responsive to messages and kept in touch up to our trip and after we left, also offered recommendations if we needed any. I plan to visit san sebastian on the near future and will no doubt stay here again

Beautiful rental located in the beautiful village of Bidart We were able to do everything on foot and in this period of high heat, the ocean air every evening, the beautiful pool and the air conditioning made the stay pleasant A little extra with the pinball😇

Very nice apartment that matches the description and photos in every way. The hot tub is a real plus; It is well located because it is central. The train passing in front of the living room is absolutely not inconvenient, the bedrooms on the other side. Also Adam was very accommodating for check in and check out times. Recommended

We loved our stay at Julie's beautiful gite! The gite is fully equipped, lots of privacy and space, the garden is great, the pool and the jacuzzi pure luxury and the views and tranquility magical. Highly recommended. The hostesses were super friendly, helpful and took care of everything. Beautiful surroundings, close to the beautiful beaches, st jean de luz center and the mountains.

Very good welcome, very pleasant, responsive to messages when you need advice, very nice house for a very good value for money. I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar's apartment. It was clean, well located to the beach and restaurants, whilst being a walkable distance to Old Town.
