Apartment holiday rentals in Old Orchard Beach

The condo was very comfortable, convenient to everything at Wells Beach and just what we wanted for a little get-away! Kitchen was fully stocked; so much nicer than staying in a motel room! We SO appreciated having cable on one of the TV's so we could get local news.

Beautiful place on the water, clean, spacious & great for everyone.

Amy was very helpful and communicative and generous with an end of season late checkout. We were in town to celebrate my Dad’s 85th and she even offered to help with balloons! The place was perfect for us with my young nephews. The unit was well stocked with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware and dishes. There were plenty of linens and towels available to us. Very convenient to pine point beach. We would love to visit here again if it worked with our schedule.

We had a wonderful week stay in a town we’re familiar with. Our first time at Jessica’s place but we’d love to go back. Perfect spot for our small family. The listing matched what was in person. We had a small hiccup with our wifi but Jessica and her team were there to assist us quickly. We were worried with being in a building with other apartments it could get loud but we never heard any neighbors. Lots of beach equipment to use if needed. LOVED having laundry in unit. Nice new appliances. Comfy beds and a pack n play available for our son. One less thing to bring! Hope to stay at Jessica’s place again sometime!

This is a great location for enjoying the beach. Just a short walk and you are Surfside. The place is cute, comfortable and my son and I enjoyed our mini-surfing vacation. We left a day early only because of stormy weather. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend!

This was the cutest condo. Exactly what the pictures showed. Very clean and everything we needed. It’s so close to the beach, we enjoyed that on a beautiful fall afternoon! We also enjoyed how close it was to the pier area…..we had to get pier fries! We enjoyed our stay!

The Rising Tide Retreat was a lovely place for my boyfriend and I to stay for our anniversary weekend in Maine! The place was very clean, had all the amenities that were listed, and Maria gave us extremely clear instructions for check in/check out. She was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We spent most of our weekend in Portland, which is only a short drive away! Hannaford and gas is close by, so there were no issues quickly grabbing groceries or other essentials we needed.

First time coming down to maine. Right in the center of everything. 10-20 minute drives (not bad). We ate at Pine Point Grille the first night and it was amazing. Second, we tried Dunstan’s Tap and Table. Had to wait 30 minutes, but was worth it. Great area, felt very homey. I would come back.

We stayed on the third level. The condo was very clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Decor was cute! Had some kid books set out and a stuffed animal which my daughter loved. Beds were comfortable. Bright early in the mornings! Can see a partial ocean view! It is close to the beach , but with a toddler and all our gear it was a little too far to walk (especially on the way back, uphill) so we had to drive and park closer. Cute little restaurant close to the beach , Tamis, was yummy for lunch. Overall very nice vacation for my family!

This home was just perfect for a few days of R&R for my sister and me. The apartment is perfectly appointed with everything needed for a relaxing and easy stay. Kudos to the designer - the space was the perfect blend of a lovely aesthetic and function. I will certainly be remembering this little gem for the next time I'm in Portland!

The condo was perfect! Very clean, neat, cute decor. I loved the box of dog supplies that the host left. The condo was also in a GREAT area, walkable to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, stores. The host, Jason was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return to Portland and stay in this condo again.

James and Jeni were excellent hosts. James or Jeni got back to me quickly if I had a question and often checked in to see if we needed anything. The apartment was spacious, super clean and cozy. The furniture and beds were new and comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. We loved being on a quiet street and just a quick walk to the town. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The location here truly can’t be beat-walking distance to everything Kennebunkport has to offer. We loved that the property was pet friendly and well stocked. The property itself was exactly as described with very comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Robert and Janette were incredibly responsive with our questions and recommendations and had clear checking and checkout instructions. A true gem of a weekend getaway!

Nick’s and Kayla’s place was perfect for our little family getaway! Close to everything in a super walkable city. The space was just as described and came with a pack n play, booster seat, and stroller included, which made the trip a breeze. Clean and just the right amount of space for us and our two littles. Great for families! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Christopher was a helpful host and his place was perfect! Clean, fully stocked, great location. It was close to lots of beaches and restaurants and the pool was great for the little ones

Great little spot right between short and long sands! Clean, well equipped (sand toys and boogie boards and chairs!), and Tara was very helpful when we couldn’t find the location driving in at night. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect for an extended weekend getaway! The condo was super clean and exactly as pictured! Hoping to stay here again in the future!

This was a great find and enjoyed our 3 week there - We got to meet a few neighbors, and they were very nice as well - Very close to restaurants and Wells Beach - WIFI worked great as I work from home and the tip about leaving the second car at the Wells Transportation Center helped a lot ! Danielle was great with communication and rules - We would stay here again

Lovely cottage with EVERYTHING you need (e.g, kitchen & bath items are very well stocked with many options - condiments, coffee/tea, hair dryer, towels, health & beauty products - you name it!)! The location is close to lovely attractions and eateries. We visited Lobster Pt. Lighthouse and took a cliff walk - beautiful views! Ogunquit beach is also close by. Highly recommend Hobbs Harborside Restaurant - great seafood! Diane was a very accommodating and responsive host! It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.
