Thank you for a great stay, Kathleen! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and both of our birthdays that week and needed a little get away. This was perfect for us. I wish the weather was better, but you can’t do anything about that. We ate great food, went to a movie, shopped, went to the Nubble lighthouse and more. We would definitely use Kathleen again. She also made arrangements to have my favorite hoodie sent back to me as I mistakenly left it on the back of the door. Great host and super cute place!

Such a lovely stay! The view of the beach was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to local stores and great restaurants. The space was very clean, cozy, and ideal for a mix of relaxing and fun weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

The place was very easy to find, great location. Walking distance along the beach and sidewalk to attractions, great access to the beach. Very clean and well maintained place. The hosts are very responsive and polite with good recommendations of places to eat and things to do. Would definitely stay again!

The Owl’s Nest is a great place to stay and explore the coast in Maine. We stayed for a whole week and had a blast each day. Acadia is about an hour and half drive away and there are a bunch of trails to do much closer by as well. JoDee and her family are gracious hosts and were extremely helpful and attentive to all we needed during our stay. I even used this place as a jumping off point to go to Baxter State Park one morning. The bnb itself is exactly as described, and served all our (two people) purposes exceptionally well. Would definitely recommend staying here to other folks and wouldn’t mind returning again.

We rented both the Toddy House and Rocky House for a week for our family of 12. The houses were as described and in pristine condition. We loved the fact that they were close together, so the late night group could stay up socializing, while the children could be put to bed without distraction. The Toddy House had a pool table which provided lots of late night entertainment. It also had a large open common area to accommodate our group, and we spent a lot of time on the screened porches. We really liked the access to the water with the dock, the canoes and kayaks, and the super cool fire ring. We are the type of family that asks a lot of questions, and Mark was quick to answer and take care of any questions or issues we had. We spent a great deal of time at Acadia, and while the drive was about 45 minutes to get there, it was not a problem at all. We would definitely return to 3Havens if we decided to take another vacation in this area. Mark and Laurie were excellent hosts.

Easy quick getaway for ski/snowboard trip

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and cozy! The host provided clear instructions for a smooth and comfortable stay. We didn’t want to be right in Bar Harbor, so this was the perfect distance between Bar Harbor/Acadia National Park/Schoodic Area. Would recommend!

We spent a long weekend in Portland at Weston’s penthouse. The apartment was excellent. Location was amazing - you can walk to everything in Portland. Apartment was comfortable and spotless. We were a little worried about the water pressure comments- but we found the water pressure- fine- average flow- not sure if changes had been made but this was not an issue at all. Weston allowed us to drop our luggage off early due to our early flight which also worked out great. I would definitely recommend this location for a stay in Portland

The condo was so convenient, it had minimal furniture, so it was open, gave a lot of space to my kid to run around and play without the risk of getting hurt. the place had everything you could need plus the added benefit of Netflix and HBO accounts provided by the host. Kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans needed . They have a lovely patio , we couldn't use it because it was too cold but it'll be awesome to use in summer. Derek was super friendly. He responds within minutes and always has something to help and offer. The place also came with a pack and play which was really nice

Julia’s place is super clean, well-appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and bath. The water pressure is excellent, the beds are comfortable and the other tenants in the house were very quiet & respectful. The unit is easy to find situated in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, perfect for walking the dog, running & cycling. It is within walking distance to Payton Park, the Back Cove Trail and good restaurants and an easy drive to the Eastern Promenade, downtown Portland & breweries. Julia, the host was very communicative & created a comfortable homey environment. Overall, we had a great 5-day stay and would highly recommend this hidden gem.

Loved my stay! Jason and Steve were great hosts, and super responsive. it was great getting to bring our dog too! I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed being able to walk in to downtown Kennebunk and also driving to Kennebunkport and the beach too! Both have quaint shops and good restaurants. James’ support team helped us out with one issue. The kitchen had ample space for cooking, and basic utensils, pans and dinnerware. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, you may want to bring olive oil, spices and condiments. Coffee & tea bags were available. The bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed was comfortable and there was room for hanging clothes. We had an enjoyable stay.

This is a really beautiful apartment in a wonderful, dog friendly, walkable neighborhood. We loved the park at the Promenade which was busy, fun and bustling all times of day. There’s a small beach in walking distance as well as a food truck section of the park and kayak tours / rental. Old Port is about a 20 or so minute walk from here, but there are also a few very cool places to grab a bite and to shop that are walkable to this Munjoy Hill neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and there’s tons of open closet space. The light at early morning and at sunset is just beautiful. I didn’t remember reading it in the listing but we did have to put down a security deposit and were notified about it one day before check in. I’m not sure if this is a Portland rental thing but we had never had to do that with an Airbnb before and I would have preferred a longer warning about it. Just a small red tape detail that changed the vibe a little. Otherwise, we loved it & really enjoyed our stay.

Super cute apartment in a great location and very responsive host! The apartment was clean and well stocked, and the Steve was very kind and responsive. He was also able to accommodate a very early check-in for us which was greatly appreciated. The location was great for getting around Portland. Our only complaint was that the free parking was not as easy/available as we had hoped, but the host did a great job compiling a list of other (paid) parking options. Overall loved it and highly recommend, just consider that you may have to pay for parking.

Marko was outstanding with responses and caring about our stay. The location is perfect.. walking distance to everything! And the VIEW was more beautiful than the photos!

Denise is an outstanding host! We couldn't believe that the kitchen was FULLY stocked! from the coffee keurig, to the teaspoons and everything one would need to cook dinner or breakfast or both. We were super impressed with the quality of kitchen items and how clean everything was. Even the bathroom was stocked with the "little things" like individual make up remover packs which I was most thankful for as I had forgotten mine! The linens were beautiful and there were 3 choices of pillows for the bed! We loved that she also had clear instructions regarding towels, checking out and the use of the keyless entry. The decor is warm and welcoming...very inviting. We loved that we could walk to everything in Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. Our stay in Maine was just wonderful and we would definitely book with Denise again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tara's place. It was clean and nice location to the beach. She was also very accommodating with an early check in time in order for us to get ready for a wedding.

This was a great find and enjoyed our 3 week there - We got to meet a few neighbors, and they were very nice as well - Very close to restaurants and Wells Beach - WIFI worked great as I work from home and the tip about leaving the second car at the Wells Transportation Center helped a lot ! Danielle was great with communication and rules - We would stay here again

Lovely, clean apartment with a terrific location! We highly recommend and hope to return soon--maybe even for Pumpkinfest again next year. Thank you especially for the extra blankets, that was such a kind gesture.

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

Will was a great host before and during our stay. He communicated well with me ahead of time with simple and easy to follow directions to (and instructions for) his place. Will’s condo was perfect for our family of four (children aged 9 and 3). We came up for Spring skiing and enjoyed the annual end of season Pond Skim and festivities in South Ridge which was easy walking/skiing distance from his place. It was great to be able to ski home for lunch and to have a break in the middle of the day. The grounds at Fall Line were awesome as well: our kids loved the common room, games, the pool, and the snow out the back door where they played on a sled. Very comfortable, clean and perfect spot for our first, but not last, visit to Sunday River. Thanks Will.

We had a fantastic stay even with a power outage that impacted the entire Sunday River area. Hosts kept us updated and in the loop. This is a terrific ski in/ski out condo. With 2 children it’s great having the extra beds. You can pay a lot more for a lot less. We also love coming “home” for lunch during the day. It beats trying to find a table in the lodge! Amenities were great. I would say bring extra towels for the pool. Some condo communities provide them but this one does not. Overall a clean and cozy condo, highly recommend this place for a ski vacation.
