Waterfront holiday rentals in Old Orchard Beach

My stay here was fantastic! You truly cannot beat this location. It's perfectly situated with easy walking access to local shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. Parking is right outside, so exploring other nearby towns is a breeze, too. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

it's a magical location and such a well appointed apartment. as someone who has hosted on airbnb, I really appreciated all the amenities they had. the hosts are so dope as well. you cannot go wrong with the place, the location, or the vibe.

Highly recommend! Looks just like the photos, super clean, and had everything you could need! The rooftop deck was absolutely amazing & the sitting nook off the kitchen - amazing views of the water! Short walk to the downtown area. Host was super helpful with everything and responded very quickly! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We had such a nice stay at this lovely house. The house had everything we needed with a fantastic view. Plenty of things to see and do nearby.

Kevin's place worked out well for us. We were a group of 6 (traveling with 2 young kids + 2 grandparents). The accommodations worked out really well for us. It was a minimal walk to get to shops and only a bit further like ~14 minutes to get to the Old Port and the piers. We did as little walking as possible to avoid dealing with paying for parking, but it was incredibly convenient that Kevin provided a parking pass for the lot across the street. In terms of improvements, it is kind of an old building and so you get what you kind of expect with some questionable floorboards. And this is only because we have young kids who like to explore a lot of areas, but there were some parts that were dusty as well. It's also noted that laundry is provided but you have to go into the basement to use it. I think there is another airbnb rental in the same building and the noise levels can differ depending on who else is staying there. All in all, it was still a good value and we had a great time.

Great clean place in Kennebunkport. Friendly, helpful and responsive host. Beautiful views of marshes with outdoor activities to enjoy! Will definitely stay here again!

These accommodations were perfect! Overlooking the Casco Bay harbor, the view was even better than depicted in the pictures. The condo was meticulously clean and very well appointed. The beds and pillows were so comfortable we slept even better than we do at home. The location could NOT have been better! It overlooks Portland’s old-town shopping district, and is easily walkable to all of the best restaurants in town. There is a beautiful walking trail just up the street, and you can easily catch the ferry to the islands from this location. It is convenient, beautiful and welcoming.

This place was more spacious than I expected. The location is beautiful, you step outside and the water is right there was a great pathway for walking. It is so close to many things, we would’ve walked if it wasn’t raining. The mattress is very firm and the water pressure is the shower is great. I would definitely book another stay here.

Jeffrey’s guest house is super special, it was amazing to be able to look out every window to experience coastal Maine and so serene and peaceful. Located on a beautiful property right on the bay in a wooded setting. Very private and quiet. We absolutely loved our stay - in fact we extended it another 3 days to be able to enjoy it longer. Jeffrey was very accommodating and even credited us for the 2nd cleaning fee charged by Airbnb because we needed to change our payment method for the extended stay. I can’t say enough about the comfy bed!! I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud with super soft sheets and perfect mattress. I wish all Airbnb hosts were as thoughtful about the personal touches as Jeffrey. I had to work a bit during the trip and the internet was very stable and easy to connect to. It was a perfect retreat for us. Highly recommend staying here! We will. Definitely will Return!

We loved the place. I hesitate to give it too good a rating because that might make it harder for us to get a reservation in the future. It was just the two of us and we never left except once to buy groceries. The unimpeded panorama of sea, sand and sky 24/7 is unique to this property, which while being lovely and comfortable, seems to exist only to provide a front row seat to savor constant everchanging spectular of sea and sky. We were there in off season, and blessed with crazy good weather. But I am sure it is equally delightful whenever you are lucky enough to be there. Kudos to Aimee and her vision of in creating this treasure of a place. I LOVE that there is no porch railing. Never add one. THanks, Aimee.

This is our third time staying at Stacey's rental because we love it so much! It's the perfect size for our family and our friends to spend the weekend together. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and there is a ton to do just a short drive in any direction from the house. We look forward to our stay and are always sad to leave!

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

Just as described and just as charming and comfortable. Very welcoming to our dog with treats, towels, bowls…. And humans were very well taken care of too! We will go back and highly recommend you stop there too.

Sylwia's place in Saco /Camp Ellis is simply put amazing. The attention to detail is unmatched for any Airbnb I have stayed on in the past. Its tastefully designed , decorated perfectly for a beach location. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our week stay and my family had an absolutely amazing time. The best part to me was the constant help and support that Sylwia offered during our stay. She is a fantastic host, professional and attentive to our needs. We will absolutely stay there again.

An absolute gem! Incredible house in a gorgeous location… an ideal retreat!! Enjoyed a 5 day family reunion here and it was perfect…. Could spend time catching up, laughing with each other in common areas or while at other times, each could enjoy time in their own space. So many areas to use together or separately and so much to do on the property, or just a short drive to sights, amenities and shopping. Could easily have stayed longer and this would be fantastic for a couples getaway or a family vacation! Jason and Yvonne were so helpful and easy to communicate with, and we felt right at home from the time we made the booking. Truly a 5 star experience!! Thank you!

If you’re looking for a place in Freeport, look no further! I cannot say enough nice things about this experience. 1. The location is literally just minutes from the outlets, restaurants, etc…BUT away from the main road so you feel a neighborhood vibe vs the down town vibe which is SO relaxing. 2. The home was immaculate. Sheets, dishes, floors, bathrooms…you name it, it was clean! We felt so comfortable letting our children play and be kids. 3. The hosts were incredibly responsive, even in the middle of the night! You can just tell they’re good people◡̈ 4. Everything was thought of, from baby shampoo, to paper towels, trash bags, kids books, even ice in the ice trays! Everything we didn’t know we needed was provided. 5. The furniture was super comfortable. Every person that stayed said their bed was amazing, even the couches felt like you could just melt into. I could keep going, but bottom line, this whole experience was 10 stars and I’d book again in a heartbeat. ♡︎

Beautiful place on the water, clean, spacious & great for everyone.

Unit was very clean, situated in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to many of Portland's best bars, restaurants and attractions. Host was communicative and provided clear guidance on check-in/-out procedures and offered up suggestions to local attractions. On my recommended list - dinner at Twelve (one of the best restaurants in the US, IMHO); on-site food truck tacos washed down with a Hazy IPA at Bellflower or Austin Street Brewery; an everything bagel with lox & morning latte at Forage; the East Promenade for a food truck lunch, then a stroll along the waterfront trail to the port area for an ice cream cone at Gorgeous gelato; afternoon coffee at Double Great Coffee; and a post-dinner whiskey @ Independence Ice. Only downside on my visit was the upstairs neighbor. Dude clearly isn't a principal dancer in the Portland Ballet, as light on his feet wouldn't describe him. Not a stereo or TV issue - you can just hear the noise from him walking (8AM-10PM when there)

Deborah was very helpful and quick to respond. She had great suggestions on where and what to visit. The travel magazines she had on her TV stand were extremely helpful. The bed was very soft, which I love, so I slept really well. We loved the touch of having beach chairs available. The only downsides I can think of, are that the shower is very small, and it’s hard to back out of the parking space.

Christopher was a helpful host and his place was perfect! Clean, fully stocked, great location. It was close to lots of beaches and restaurants and the pool was great for the little ones

Perfect little place for a weekend away near Portland!

We only had two nights at Dave’s place but wish we could’ve stayed longer. The decor was great and matched the Maine vibe while it also had all the modern amenities an Airbnb needs. Only ten minutes into the centre of Portland and very close to the beach as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but it seemed to be fully stocked. The washer and dryer were also very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend!
