Smoking friendly holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

our stay in Serjiu's apartment was memorable. He was kind to organise a pick up for us as we we reached quite late in the afternoon. Apartment is very nicely maintained with very minute attention paid to Kitchen items. Apartment is very near the promenade and beach and we enjoyed strolling in the evenings. Nice is a very beautiful city and proximity of Tram station made it easy for us to go to main locations. Uber is a blessing in the city. Twice at late midnight we used Uber seamlessly to go to the apartment. Worth going to Cannes, Eze Village and Monaco from Nice. We loved the location of apartment and would like to come back in future.

This property has amazing view, very close to the beach and can enjoy the scenery in the balcony.

Gianni's place was perfect! I stayed for almost two months for work and it felt like home. It is very spacious, and the balcony is great, with sun from lunchtime until evening. The view is nice, too — rather than looking at another house wall, you look out over a park/promenade. While I was there, unfortunately there was some construction work, but it will soon be finished, and everything else was great! Gianni was very responsive and helpful. I was able to pick up the key a day early as I was not in town on the day of check-in. He also reacted very quickly when there was no hot water, which was fixed very quickly. I highly recommend staying with Gianni!!!

Great stay at Pierre François's, who is responsive and gives very good addresses to discover the area. The apartment is large, clean. Everything was perfect. I think that in normal times, the location is quiet because the apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, but there was a little noise during the day when we were there because of the works just next door. The apartment is 30 minutes from the city center on foot so very convenient. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a base in Nice for a few days!

Julien is a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is located in a residential area. From there, everything is within walking distance, the tram and train station are also just around the corner. Thanks for a great stay. :-)

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

We had a wonderful stay at Christophe’s Airbnb — it was the perfect escape from the busy tourist spots along the coast. The house is nestled up in the mountains, which makes it very quiet and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings. There is a charming small village just behind the Airbnb, and it’s also very close to St Paul de Vence, which is lovely to visit. We opted to rent a car, which I highly recommend, as it makes getting around much easier and more convenient — plus, the Airbnb has a parking space available. Christophe was very helpful and even arranged a taxi/private car service for us before we decided to just rent a car. Taking the bus is possible, but it can be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage. One thing to keep in mind: the stairs inside the house are quite steep, so it may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we loved the tranquility, the nearby village, and Christophe and his wife's warm hospitality. Would definitely stay again!

A successful stay at Jeremy's beautiful home. A very responsive host when we had a little problem with the gate, and very accommodating when it came to our late arrival time! quality bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, and the major asset, the very pleasant outdoors!

Lovely and private villa with a great view and huge pool. The rooms are spread out across three different parts of the house. Definitely needs a car to get around. Fast and convenient check-in , good amenities. We would be happy to visit again!

My girlfriend and I really like staying here. The town was so quiet and peaceful and felt like I was in a storybook. We loved the scenic views and the place was spotless. It really made us feel like we were in a movie.

Clement place was wonderful it’s on the principal avenue , the beach is behind the building . We spent a really good time .

Excellent value for money. Very large apartment, very well cared for, with everything very clean and tidy. The area is unbeatable with the beach and downtown nearby, and the tram to the airport right next door, with streets with public (paid) parking right there. Elevator that was always working perfectly. The appliances are modern and well maintained. Hosts always had wonderful communication! On a personal level, I was uncomfortable with the spring mattress (something hard as you have some back or neck problem), but I slept on the couch, it's very comfortable haha

The accommodation really met everything we needed. It was important to have a parking space for the house because we traveled by car. But the closed garage has a very narrow space. If you are hesitant about parking, this process may be challenging for you. I was lucky that my husband was a professional driver. I would recommend that you consider this. Great location of the house. You can walk down to the city center in 13 minutes. It is safe on the main street. The interior of the house is full of wooden decorations and arrangements. The fact that it is wooden causes a little sensitivity in terms of smell. I am a sensitive person, so I notice this. If you're not the type to hang out, that's fine. There is an approach in hotel professionalism. White linens and towels were clean. Only a few places were dusted off :). For the exit process, you must first take your car out of the garage and leave the keys back at the house. This situation is a bit challenging and wastes time. This process takes over 20 minutes, it is not practical.

Stéphane is an excellent host! He listens to our needs and responds quickly to our requests. We had a very good stay in Nice🐬. As soon as we arrived, he recommended the city's must-sees!🏙️ We found that there were no pillows for the bed, Stéphane quickly came to bring us new pillows! Thank you!!!!

I enjoyed the stay. Easy access to Monaco. Simple walk to restaurants and beach. The train is near by. You can rent a scooter a few blocks away. Great bakery, pharmacy and police station just down the road. Felt very safe. The view is picturesque! Super easy to get Ubers. I’d stay there again!

We just loved the location! We love walking, so it was nice around 30minutes walk to the old town. The tram was close so it was easy to get from/to airport. Luckily we had earplugs, because there was a lot of noice from the street and around the building (for example the elevator. Bed and pillows were really comfortable for our taste, not too fluffy.

Amazing place, perfect location, host was very responsive and helpful, perfect for 3 people just a cozy fit. Definitely recommend
