Holiday rentals with an EV charger in old nice, Nice

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

We just absolutely loved Christopher & Fabien's place. You can tell they spent a great effort in making that place feel at home, with a kind-of vacation-vibe to it. It's in an ideal location of Antibe, with great proximity to everything you would want to see or do. The house was fantastic, cozy, and peaceful. And the clarity on amenities provided, and instructions were clear and precise. Lastly, they were very timely in and helpful in planning correspondence as well as providing recommendations. Highly Recommended!

Beautiful apartment, amazing location, perfect for 4 people! It’s located inside the hotel but the apartment unit is spacious with both a general dining sitting area and a separate couch /tv room that can also be a bedroom. On the Jean Medicin as soon as you step outside which made it convenient to walk to other places!

This is a hidden gem of a spot. It is right in the heart of Old Nice and a block away from the beach clubs. Monaco is a 35 minute drive & Cannes is a 45 minute drive from the Airbnb. Monika is an awesome host & she even arranged for us to be picked up at the airport. Highly recommend staying here!

Thank you so much to Christophe, I traveled solo for the Cannes Lions Festival, but staying in Cannes wasn’t ideal for me. I love quiet and peaceful spaces when I travel and Christophe’s space was just that for me. Thank you so much for the great hospitality, information and patience. We absolutely loved staying at Cyril’s beautiful apartment. We loved our evenings on the balcony and the location was excellent.

It was very beautiful with the garden! We enjoyed every single moment there!

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

We had a very good week from June 14 to 21, Anne, myself and our dog Priscilla. the house is very comfortable and functional and very quiet. the pool is particularly large (12m) for a rented accommodation. Good location for visits that are very interesting with great villages! Bernard and Sophie were available throughout the stay. We recommend. Anne and Pierre

Sublime! It's a very well decorated house and full of charm. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom is impeccable. With the pool and the small garden, I was able to really relax. Virginie and her husband are warm and very kind. I highly recommend this listing!

We enjoyed our stay at Patricia's place. She was always available for questions. Although she and her husband live in the house, we hardly noticed them and had a lot of privacy. The Airbnb is completely sufficient for 4 people and the pool is a dream. The beds could be bigger and the location is quiet but you need 20 minutes by car to get to the city.

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

Ideal safe location in a beautiful residential area lovely condo building. 3rd floor but easily accessible via stairs or elevator. Beautiful courtyard area. Grocery store one block away. 10 minute walk to beach or Old Nice. Host was extremely responsive. A real gem!!!!

Our stay at Kim's place was great! The apartment was exactly as described, she was very generous with the towels provided! The place was spotless when we arrived. We hired a car and ended up returning it because the location was perfect for getting the train everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place purely for the accessibility to anywhere you want to go. Can easily walk to the port and old town. Kim was an amazing host, responded quickly and also gave very clear instructions. Thank you for having us Kim! I would recommend this place to any couple wanting to explore the French Riviera :)

A fantastic apartment. Ideal to explore the French Riviera and Provence from a quiet, fixed location. Vence is easily accessible on foot. The view is wonderful. We didn't miss anything in the apartment. Very nice also the pétanque square and the swimming pool.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The Fabron apartment is a high standard apartment, squeaky clean, spacious and sooo comfy. Irina is a wonderful host and went out of her way to meet us even though we were delayed checking in. We cannot say e enough about the neighboring building/garden views next to the apartment. We enjoyed taking walks and learning the history of the Archives building and gardens (free tours are available). While the apartment is a bit uphill, it is convenient to the beach, shops, the amazing FLOR patisserie and tram stop. We highly recommend Irina’s apartment and would stay there again.
