Apartment holiday rentals in old nice, Nice

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

The location was excellent—within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, the beach, and public transportation. Murielle was exceptionally attentive, reaching out even before my arrival to ensure everything was in order. The apartment itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

My wife and I took our first trip to Nice this summer and this apartment is in an enviable location of ‘old town’, right across from the cathedral (just as photo shows) and on a festive square. Walking is easy to most of the popular locations as is access to the trams or buses (navigation apps still recommended though because of the many alleys….or just enjoy the adventure and you’ll find something of interest!). The hosts are transparent about the six stories of stairs to reach the apartment but not a problem if you’re fit and the view is worth the reward. The apartment is a great size for two people with the essentials in the kitchen and bath and the bed was very comfortable. All very clean. Communication was prompt and courteous to questions. Thank you Pascal, Mathieu and Nico for allowing us to stay in your place!

An excellent place to call home during our visit to Nice. The apartment was 5 star on cleanliness, amenities, decor, location. Top appliances, well-equipped kitchen, beach chairs, air conditioning! It was really a joy to stay in a place that is everything we could have wanted; plus, restaurants and shops nearby. The walk to the beach was only a few blocks. (There is a flight of stairs from ground to first level, but it seems this is a customary in the old Nice neighborhood.) Our host, Nico was very friendly, responsive and helpful with all of our inquiries. We highly recommend Nico and his apartment to any visitor to Nice. Thank you, Nico!

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.

We had an amazing stay with our friends from San Diego! The hosts were very responsive from initiating the rental to checkout! We received in depth check-in info and were personally greeted. The apartment is amazing! Very spacious and clean, centrally located, great building, and plenty of restaurants in the area. The apartment looks almost like the picture - I actually think it might be better in person! I could live in this apartment! There is not one thing I would change. They were kind enough to grant us a late checkout that fit our needs. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The apartment is very comfortable, clean, safe, and location is impeccable. The host representative, Catia, was a perfect host. She was very professional, attentive and helpful. I recommend the apartment highly. My only recommendation for Alexandra is better sheets and more comfortable pillows. They were huge and more decorative pillows for reading. I do love the apartment and hope tongo back soon. Thank you!

We stayed 3nights in Nice, and it was a great spot. The ducted AC broke down couple days before check-in , which we were offered free cancellation as well, however Radostina went above and beyond to make sure we are ok to stay. She purchased a mobile AC unit, added a couple of fans and welcomed us with some treats and champagne on top of giving us free parking. It was warm at times but we spent most our times away and there are automatic black out shutters to keep the sun and heat away. The unit was comfortable set up with everything you’d need. Large balcony, coffee machine, washing machine etc. The tram, petrol station and the water are just steps away. Easy connection to the train if you visiting other parts of the French Riviera as well. Would recommend to stay!

Awesome location and beautiful space! Right when you exit, there are so many restaurants and bakeries filled with people. It was a pleasant surprise to find that the loft was so spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again. Only note is that if you have a lot of luggage, there is no elevator and the loft is on the 4th floor, but still well worth it in my opinion :)

Bertrands apartment was the perfect place for us to explore Nice and surrounds. It was quiet, despite there being a street below with cafes. The windows were double glazed, so we heard no sound from outside when in the apartment. Great location, perfectly clean and well laid out. Very comfortable bed. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Dining table to eat meals at. Bertrand was flexible with both our arrival and departure times, which was great. He even organised for a local bar to show the Formula 1 race on their big tv screen while we were there. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved our stay at Delia's apartment. Splendid view of the Mediterranean. The location was lovely in the heart of Old Nice. Everything from visists to restaurants were walkable to. The apartment was true to its description, lovely space and light. We absolutely enjoyed our time there. Delia was a wonderful and helpful host! We would return with pleasure!

Great place if you are looking to be at the heart of the tourist area. Numerous shops and restaurants and an easy walk from other key parts of the city. The deck is beautiful but as others have noted---be aware that it really is quite a climb to get there.

The place is very cute. Philip is very kind and prepared everything for our stay to be very pleasant. I totally recommend staying there if you go to Monaco

A real little haven of peace: bright apartment, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located a stone's throw from the beach. The terrace and spa are a real plus. Nearby parking and shops. Calm, comfort and impeccable welcome. We recommend it without hesitating!

Excellent loft in the very center of the city, but with large suitcases it is better not to check in here, because the stairs to the 5th floor are huge But the location of the apartment is very good, the owner was always in touch

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.
