Villa Bareta is newly built, modern and exclusive house, located in quiet part of island Čiovo, 100 m from the beach, 1.5 km from center of UNESCO protected town Trogir, 1.3 km from Trogir Marina and 5 km away from Split airport. The apartments are equipped with a flat-screen TV, fully fitted kitchen, an air condition, a balcony and/or patio with sea and pool views. Villa also includes a BBQ and outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Here you can rest, relax, enjoy...and the staff is always available. :)

Villa Four Brothers No.3 Middle Floor

Apartment No.3 is located on the 2nd floor and it have 80m2. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of them have a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Also apartment have one more bathroom and toilet. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table and also there is dining table. The living room consists of couch and TV. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

Apartment is located 30 meters from the beach, only the road is between the house and the beach. It is very large apartment in a big house in which me and my father live, but we are totally separated from apartments, you have your own covered parking spot, garden, terrace and a big terrace separated from the apartment, everything you can see on the pictures. Wi fi, smart tv, cabel tv, pets allowed because of big property and also barbecue, table tennis is at your disposal.Cheers and see ya!

This recently renovated historical 3 storey house, is situated right in the centre of Kastel Stari, precisely in the main square Brce, built in the 16th century, this house has maintained it’s amazing stone-walled feature which gives the house that true traditional feeling. Villa is situated on a perfect location, right to the small beach for our guests, 3 km long seaside promenade with many cafes, restaurants and tourist boats stops 50 meters from Villa and drive to Trogir and Split. This year we changing it's exterior, large svimming pool (8m x4m) in a front of Villa, started to works in April 2019.
