Robert is an extremely happy host with the added quality of being an artist, award-winning writer, and poet, which he feels on his property. The apartment has a magical Mediterranean garden that Robert has decorated himself, and the entire house, and especially this apartment has incredible artistic beauty and specialty. It definitely outweighs the artistic-design quality of the decor and the beauty of unified standard suites that I no longer want to go to after this experience. A very special experience, we will certainly return to this very Robert's apartment with a magical garden full of shade and scents of the Mediterranean !!

After spend a great week exploring Dubrovinik I’d have to say our stay at Villa Peragro was exceptional. Check in was smooth and informative, the accommodation is immaculate and stylish. The shared outside space is an oasis of calm, the loungers are super comfy and the pool offers wonderful views over the town. The old town is a 20min walk with sea views along the way, alternatively the bus stop is a 1 min walk with buses running every 25mins to midnight. The nearest beach is about a 10min walk too. Thank you so much Karolina, we both loved our stay and will be recommending Villa Peragro to friends and family. A beautiful place to spend a few nights in Dubrovnik. It’s a 15 minute taxi ride to the old town, we preferred the quiet location here and beautiful views from the terrace. There isn’t much in way of eateries nearby except a pizza place that is ok ish. The second night we stayed we picked up food from the old town and bought it back to the apartment- the chilled vibe here was just what we needed after a busy few days sightseeing in other parts of the Balkans. The host was kind enough to drive me to the local shop to pick up fruit and drinks etc. Ana treated us to a yummy homemade cake which was such a lovely surprise. We only wish we had longer there!

This was an amazing 3 night stay! It’s even better than the pictures! The seaview terrace was beautiful to sit on and read and watch the sunset and the ocean! The heated pool was awesome and we loved swimming in it to cool down! It’s at a quiet part of the islands, only 2 places within walking distance to buy food. The location is great with ferry port/local bus stop 150m away. We got the bus one day to a nearby town to go to another beach, though there are 3 beaches right near the apartment so you don’t have to walk far to swim in the beautiful water! Host is very friendly and nice to talk to. A great stop for people looking for a quiet and peaceful break away from the crowds/noise!

The house is very clean and makes me feel comfortable. It is close to both the seaside and the ancient city, making it convenient to go anywhere. There is a very delicious restaurant right next to it, as well as a supermarket. It is both convenient and comfortable. I will recommend this accommodation to my other friends!

Very nice place to stay. Everything you need is there. Perfectly located to explore Istria. Not far from the sea. Many small hidden coves where you can also lie alone (out of season) Alen responds very quickly to messages. At check-in, you also get helpful information about the area and sights. Completely satisfied.

We had a fantastic week in this apartment. The kids loved the jacuzzi. One of the best hosts yet.

Julia and her place were fantastic and really exceeded our expectations. Julia offered us a ride to get us to her place with all our stuff. She was very responsive and helpful. Her place was perfect. The views were stunning and peaceful. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We were welcomed very friendly by Dario. On arrival there were some drinks and a snack board in the fridge. The house was very luxurious and bigger than expected. The communication also went smoothly and we got a lot of tips about the city and transport. Even when we had a small accident and something broke, the communication was friendly and in the end no costs were recovered. The ping pong table was a bit lower out of the wind, you could see that this had really been thought about. The heated pool was also lovely and was even cleaned halfway through the week. We as a group were very satisfied with our time here and definitely recommend it!

The apartment offers all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is perfectly located. The amenities are very good, the parking is a short distance away. Marko and the family are very friendly and accommodating. In the vicinity, there are all the necessary shops and everything is within walking distance.

It was our second stay in this wonderful apartment, and for good reason. We feel incredibly comfortable there. The interior is exceptionally beautiful and luxurious, and the location is perfect for us. The view from the terrace is a dream: you look out over palm trees to the sea and can see a large stretch of the coastline. Directly opposite, you can see a charming café garden, and just below the apartment is a small supermarket where you can get all your essentials. Within walking distance are several restaurants, and the Lungomare, just a stone’s throw away, leads you along the coast in both directions. Communication with Antonela and her colleague from G.I.K. Kvarner was fantastic. Both are warm, friendly, and attentive, responding incredibly quickly and helpfully. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here!

Absolutely great place to stay. Very nice owners. They will advise and help. Before we arrived, they prepared a high chair and a stool for our children, thank you!🤩 living beautiful, clean, scented, garden with dog and turtles, something☺️ for children clean, big. We were so happy and thank you very much🙂

I felt very comfortable Ljubica spoiled me with local dishes and drinks. she was very sociable and would not have been the language barrier we could have exchanged much better. The location and views of the sea and the mountains were great.

Thanks to Milena and Tesla the adorable dog for hosting us. She is innately kind, very attentive. The "Airbnb traveler favorite" certification has never been more justified! Room with all the necessities like at home and impeccably clean.

You won't find a better view in the area! I can say that this is one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited! The balcony offers stunning views of the sea and the islands opposite. A special atmosphere is created by the Franciscan monastery opposite, which rings the bells. The place is very calm, close to the city, but very quiet. The water is impeccably clean. A couple who lives on the first floor were very friendly and helped us with all questions, it was very pleasant to communicate with them. The apartment was clean, with everything you need, comfortable bed, sea view from the bedroom. We took bicycles and rode around the island, it was wonderful, the same with the surfs. We cooked vegetables and meat in the barbecue in the yard. In the garden you could lie on a hammock. We liked everything and I would really like to return to this fabulous place again!

Janja's place was wonderful. Although we were there in winter there was still a fair bit to do. She was very helpful with suggestions. We very much enjoyed our month stay.

Željko was a fantastic host and a very kind person who is eager to help you in any matters, you just have to ask him. His apartment is super tidy and cozy, equipped with everything you need while spending your holiday. When we plan to return Skradin, it is quite obvious for us who to choose... "Samo Željko".

Thank you so much for making us feel at home in your wonderful residence. Beautiful, clean apartment, a few hundred meters from everything that was important. Last but not least, beautiful sea views. Anita's kindness and flexibility and help with the parking of our large bus was very positive. We had a wonderful week in this beautiful, welcoming place! 🤗
