Monthly Rentals in Oizumi, Ora District

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.

The host was absolutely amazing! They were so quick to respond and always went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Check-in was a breeze, and they were happy to answer any questions we had. The place was clean and well-maintained. We had no issues at all during our 14 day stay. My family and I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this listing to other travelers. Thank you for a truly memorable experience!

It was such a wonderful stay!It was always friendly and check-in went smoothly.The room was old and calm and relaxing.The sightseeing spots and gastronomy around Koyama are close by car and conveniently located.I have been sightseeing in Tochigi Prefecture several times, but I was able to get to know the goodness of Oyama City for the first time.I'd love to stay again.Thank you!

I stayed with 6 friends, but it was so spacious that it wouldn't have been a problem if there had been more people! There were no inconveniences with the facilities, and I was able to spend a comfortable time in the magnificent nature. I really want to go back!
