Дом находится на берегу чёрного моря , буквально выйти за территорию и спустится по лестнице (10 ступеней ) . За ней песочный большой пляж !! До центра города 25 минут езды (вечером за 10 минут свободно можно доехать ). Соседи есть только по выходным , но их окна не выходят на территорию дома и прилегающую территорию !! Так же мы можем организовать рыбалку , а ещё каждое утро именно на этот пляж заходит баркас , привозит рыбу Которую вы затем видите на привозе в Одессе !!!

A wonderful stay! Hospitable hosts, lots of greenery and flowers on the territory, a shady gazebo in which it is pleasant to spend time in the midday heat - these are the main impressions of our vacation. A great place for those who love silence and privacy. Shops are nearby, the sea is 15 minutes away, you can meet the sunrise near the house. I didn't want to leave, the impressions were the most pleasant.

Great house, everything is there for a comfortable stay. It looks even better in person than in the photos. There is a picturesque descent to the beach not far from the house. The house is spacious, clean, well-maintained. There are several terraces, it's nice to spend time on them. The yard is also well-maintained, with beautiful flower beds. We had a great week and would love to come back.
