Holiday rentals with breakfast in Odesa

Very friendly,bright people, the territory is beautifully decorated, the sea is close by hand, everything you need is there. The atmosphere is wonderful,especially in the evenings. A gorgeous poodle as a bonus, I have ironed and the mood has already risen :)

We stayed at Elena and Zhenya's for a week – a magnificent place and a beautiful sea with a half-empty beach. We had a secluded vacation, considering that we arrived in late August – early September. Everything is clean and tidy, judging by the room and toilets in a separate room. Also, you can eat relatively inexpensively and very tastily at the hosts' place (Zhenya himself cooks something unusual, taking into account the wishes of the guests – unfortunately, we realized this in the second half of the vacation, after talking with the neighbors, before that we dined in the "Rainbow" (boarding house on the beach on the left side of the house, if you go to the beach) – but the prices there are more expensive, and the food is standard, as in the canteen). On the right side of the house,if you walk for 15 minutes, you can come to Solnechnoye - there is a market, cafes, water attractions - in general, there is a place to go. The atmosphere of the hosts is conducive to communication - we became friends with the neighbors and made a barbecue together, and we also liked the boy Valera, very neat, well-behaved and always ready to help, clean, suggest – he helps the hosts on the property, so feel free to thank him, he will try even more for you. This is one of the best boutique hotels I stayed. Anastasiia is very a kind, helpful, and responsive person. We are really grateful for her attitude and help. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. The rooms are very clean and large. The stuff is very friendly, cheerful, and they are passionate about their work, which is i think one of the most important core values in service sector. There is a cool roof top pool, delicious homemade breakfast, and natural drinks. In addition, it has an astonishing view of Black Sea and Arcadia, where you can enjoy your drink and delicious homemade meals. The place is very close to main attractions in Arcadia. You can simply walk there 5mins. In case you want to go to the city center of Odessa, the taxi is about 100UAH (3-4 euros). If you are looking for a nice, clean, and elegant place to stay in Odessa, do not waste your time by looking for other places. We will certainly stay here again.

We stayed at Lidya's apartment for 10 days, it was a great stay! The apartment is very comfortable, clean, and beautiful. There is everything you might need and even more. Amazing sea view! The location is great, walking distance to the beach area, supermarket. Direct transport to touristic places such as Arcadia and the city center. Lidiya and her husband Vitaliy welcomed us very well, were friendly, caring, and available when needed. Thank you for such a nice stay in your apartment! Highly recommend this host!

The apartment is fantastic. It is within the Nemo hotel which provides a first class hotel experience. Pools, hot tubs, restaurants are all as good as one would hope for. We will be back.

Nice bright apartment. Check-in is quick as contactless. There is a 24-hour supermarket in the house. New building house, sometimes repair noise can be heard. The only thing that caused the inconvenience was a small towel rack. For family and after the beach, it is impossible to dry things. It's nice to have dishes, two air conditioners.

Very nice and quiet place, with much room (more than I imagined), lots of windows and surrounded by shops, conveniently next to the train station but not far from down town. The welcome was very warm and Viktoria helped whenever needed.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything I needed. Very spacious and nice. Nice light colors and trendy furniture. Shops and restaurants are close (we tried the sushi across the street and it was great). Will strongly recommend the apartment and Sergei as a host!

This apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It has a stylish interior, and it's an all-around great place to relax. Nice view of the city, and it's a 10-minute ride from the center by taxi.
