Beautiful apartment in a historic building, high ceilings, plenty of space, not hot. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. Excellent location - both in relation to the sea and to the city center. Very pleasant host, promptly answered all questions, was ready to help. I definitely recommend this place and plan to come back.

I was choosing an apartment to stay in for a long time. I know this residential complex and it is super comfortable and beautiful. And I chose the apartment by photo and upon arrival it exceeded my expectations😍. This is a super cozy, comfortable apartment. Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. Super nice interior, there is everything you need for life. The owner is very responsive, responds quickly, all my requests were fulfilled, for which I am infinitely grateful to him)) So I highly recommend this apartment and the owner, you will not regret it)) and I will now come and stay here 🧡

I had the pleasure of staying at Yulia’s apartment in Odesa for two weeks, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for a comfortable stay. Yulia is an outstanding host—attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, I had to leave the apartment unexpectedly due to an incident, but Yulia went above and beyond to assist me during the situation. Her willingness to help in any circumstance truly sets her apart as a host. I highly recommend staying at Yulia’s place to anyone visiting Odesa. You can trust that you’ll be in excellent hands!

The apartment is comfortable and cozy, with high-quality plumbing. The apartment had everything you needed - linen, dishes, household appliances. I was a little embarrassed by the paid parking in the 90s - with peculiar guards and parking along the fence in the bushes. But this does not spoil the overall impression of the apartment. I recommend staying here

They clearly told us where to go, where to get the keys. We were in touch with me the whole time. They answered me all the questions. It was possible to leave your belongings after you checked out. There is no soundproofing as such, you could hear everything that was done behind the wall in the neighbors (and they were loud). However, overall everything went great.

A very nice and cozy apartment with fresh renovation. There is everything you need, nearby there is a 24-hour atm and pharmacy, tram, minibus. Arcadia is 10-15 minutes' walk. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood, you can see that locals live here. A couple of small disadvantages - no hair dryer and the appearance of the entrance, but this is not critical and I was completely satisfied. Thank you so much for the early check-in and a little late check-out! Cute and cozy apartment after fresh renovation. Close to shops, supermarket and pharmacy. Also Arcadia beach 10-15 mins far away by feet. Quiet area, locals live here. Couple of drawbacks - no fan and an old entrance but you'll use to it. Excellent host. Highly recommend.

We stayed with a friend and were very pleased with the apartment, thoughtful details and responsiveness of the hostess. The apartment is cozy and beautiful. The center is close by. Definitely recommend :)

I recommend it to those who come to visit the city and go to the beach, as it is close to the center and transportation vehicles. The surroundings of the house are already beautiful, you are in the city as soon as you leave the building. You can go to many places by walking. If you like to walk like me, you can walk to the farthest attractions and beaches in about half an hour. Although I have a huge backpack and a lot of luggage, I could easily catch the morning train by walking in 5 minutes. Markets and shopping places are within walking distance. If you want to do a PCR test for Covid 19, the clinic is on the side street. The apartment is a bit like a historical building, but the apartment was renovated and very clean. Kitchen and bathroom are very clean. Air conditioning, oven, microwave, mini fridge, TV, iron all working properly. There are clean sheets, towels and pillows. The hosts are friendly and sincere people, they were always helpful. Neighbors are also friendly. I would definitely recommend it to travelers who want to stay in the center and get to know the city. P.S. Places of worship are very close, for Muslims there is a large mosque 5 minutes away. There is also a vegan restaurant and a halal fast food place right across the house.
