A very good place to relax, the terrace is the color of this place! Great hosts! The house has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has a lot of different utensils , all the dishes are beautiful! We will be happy to come back for a vacation again!

If you are looking to spend time near Gagarinn Plaza, Arkadia and need an apartment, this is a great option. I would book this again without hesitation.

This is a bright, compact, but comfortable, well-equipped new studio apartment in a new building with underground parking. Stunning sea view from the 20th floor and quiet. The apartment is made in the same style, similar to a dollhouse, everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking is there and everything in new condition. Underground parking for the building was provided for a separate fee, it is better to negotiate in advance. All corridors, elevators, and parking lots are equipped with cameras, and access to the parking lot is controlled by a barrier and security guards. Everything is well guarded. The apartment manager Irina quickly responded to all messages and helped in all matters, very nice🥰. We visited Odessa several times and this time the accommodation option was the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. I definitely recommend this apartment.👍👍👍

Great place with sea view

The host was friendly and was in touch by phone. He let check out later. The house keeper showed everything, was on call and quickly delivered all the things we asked for. The home is clean, the beds are comfortable. The electricity was all the time, the wifi and air conditioning were working. There is a large nice terrace with armchairs, tables and a view of the sea where you can work or eat. The place is peaceful. Beautiful Southern Black Sea beaches are close by. You can catch cheap bolt taxis (they're more likely to go north towards the center. It can be that when going south you will have to wait). You can also get around by cheap public transport (we didn't use it, so I won't say it). There are interesting military facilities in the park nearby. Best regards, I recommend.

An incredible place to relax! The apartment is designed in a stylish Greek style — every detail is thought out with love. The windows have a breathtaking view of the sea, and we were lucky enough to meet the dawn just from the terrace — an unforgettable moment. I especially liked the large bathtub — the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking. The comfortable bed, quiet and privacy created a feeling of complete peace. An ideal place to reboot 🧘

Awesome! Loved it. This is the best place to relax for two, and for one. Quiet, peaceful, very tidy, clean. Housing does not have to be shared with neighbors, which is very important. Guests are taken care of to the smallest detail. Everything is convenient, there is everything you need, it is convenient to get to the sea. I was very lucky to have chosen this place! Now we know where to stay:)
