Great Apartment and Great Host. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable all the time. The view from the apartment is just amazing. Definitely would come back again and recommend everyone to stay at this place.

We had an amazing stay! There were two of us, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful and spotless — even better than we expected. Everything was perfectly clean and tastefully decorated. Communication was excellent, and we felt truly taken care of. A special thank you to our wonderful host, Julia — she was kind, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The apartment has everything for relaxing with family. The apartment is warm, bright and clean + wonderful view of the Cathedral. Be prepared for the stairs with the apartment on the 5th floor with no elevator)

While I didn’t actually stay here due to the war, it looks like a beautiful spot and I hope to visit one day.

Great place to stay. The location is super, very center of it. The apartment is equipped with all necessary (furniture, appliances).

In general, the place was clean and energy independent(that's for sure +). Pets are allowed. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The place is desirable to break down a little: front door, bathroom hangers, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside tables. You can add a few more rolls of paper. One roll put ended in 3 days, then they bought more. There is a grocery store nearby, so drinking water and food could be bought without a problem. There is a paid parking nearby. But you can search close to the property for free parking in the Big or Mali Arnautskaya.

Having stayed at other apartments owned by Анжела I had a good idea of what to expect, and I was not let down. It is very secure, quiet, and spotless with all rooms meeting good to high standards (the kitchen has all utilities to allow cooking at the apartment) Just over 5 minutes easy walk to the main street of restaurants and bars, makes the location perfect. Анжела is also a great host, making everything simple, check-in and check-out and very responsive IF you have questions.

Spacious apartment with modern renovation and beautiful sea view, as well as a huge balcony🥰 The location is top, there are many establishments nearby, the sea is 15 minutes away. Already lived here 2 times and will return again🙌🏼

Great location in frequented part of town. City Center. Historic character. Cookable kitchen and well stocked food store one block. If I am lucky enough to be in Odesa again I would contact Victor or his always helpful fluent english speaking son Vladislav.

Very cozy and comfortable apartment in a historic center of Odesa. Quiet, easy accessible, close to transport, groceries, banks, restaurants, shopping malls, city garden. The host is responsive and easy to communicate. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

Very hospitable host, the apartment is nice and with a great view of the sea. The beach is 7 minutes walk, Lunapark is 5 minutes away and there are also shops. Loved it, thanks separately for the early check-in) We didn't cook, but the kitchen has everything you need. The next time we go to the sea in Odessa, we will choose this apartment.

Wonderful apartments - everything is new, fresh, renovation /furniture/appliances are of high quality, as if they did everything for themselves. Anna is a very attentive hostess, she met everyone on time, helped with any request, took us to the market for groceries - (thank you again Anna for the warm hospitality :)) Regarding the location, the apartments are located next to the hotel and three restaurants. In coastal restaurants they cook very tasty , but also the price tag is corresponding ( soups 60-80 UAH, salads from 120, hot from 150-350) . There is a cheaper restaurant, but we have never been there. There are 3 swimming pools (including a children's pool) on the territory of the complex, so if you are not lucky with the warm sea, you can swim in them :) . There are no shops within walking distance, you need to go to the Carolina Bugas market for all products. If you don't have a car, Anna will definitely take you there. The beach is clean, wide, there are awnings and sun loungers. There are 3 playgrounds for children, 2 on the shore and under the awnings. In addition, a children's entertainer was even seen on the weekend. The place is perfect for relaxing in comfortable conditions, for privacy, with children. Pleasant moment - unnecessary incomprehensible people with "bottled beer" were not noticed:)

We stayed with a large group, everything was great, a lot of space, a lot of space, well-maintained and neat. Sauna and summer pool are clean. It was pleasant to communicate with the host Yuri. I recommend.
