The room is located on the 8th floor of the Club Resort Promenade. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, large double bed, private bathroom. From the window there is a beautiful view of the sea on the left side and the water park and Belgorod Dniester estuary on the right.

Дом находится на берегу чёрного моря , буквально выйти за территорию и спустится по лестнице (10 ступеней ) . За ней песочный большой пляж !! До центра города 25 минут езды (вечером за 10 минут свободно можно доехать ). Соседи есть только по выходным , но их окна не выходят на территорию дома и прилегающую территорию !! Так же мы можем организовать рыбалку , а ещё каждое утро именно на этот пляж заходит баркас , привозит рыбу Которую вы затем видите на привозе в Одессе !!!
