This place was a great time, very private and quiet

My family and I had a beautiful stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better rental. The Airbnb was huge with more than enough room for everyone and the backyard was large and spacious enough to have everyone eat comfortably. If I ever need another large rental you can bet I’m gonna check here first.

Gabby’s apartment is exactly as described. It is in a great location. Very close to Stoney Brook Village. We enjoyed walking to get our morning coffee. The apartment was very well stocked and spotless. Gabby thought of everything we could have possibly needed. We hope to be back next year!

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. Great host and great house in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed using this house and felt very safe.

We we’re going to Port Jefferson for a family wedding. Our Airbnb was perfectly situated. There is a pool area that we never used because we just didn’t have time. But it looked very inviting. The town of Port Jefferson had plenty of nice restaurants and shops. This house was perfect for our situation. We had six adults, all family members.

It was a great place to stay . Our family was so happy staying at the place. There’s no complaints getting there or even in the house. Very affordable too. We can definitely recommend you to staying here metro is near to go downtown.

Every room was even better than expected: • The infrared sauna in the modern bathroom felt like a luxury spa experience. • The kitchen was sleek, bright, and fully equipped, perfect for quick meals or longer stays. • The bedroom, bathed in soft blue ambient lighting, created the most relaxing sleep environment I’ve had in a while. • The living area was stylish, cozy, and equipped with a large flatscreen TV—ideal for winding down. Anthony was an outstanding host—warm, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Whether you’re traveling for work, wellness, or a quiet getaway, this space delivers on all fronts. I’ll absolutely be back.

Tremendous value and a better host. Nick was prompt, polite, and prepared. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking in direct proximity to the home. Short ride share trip to the LIRR which provides easy access to Penn or Central. Would be grateful to stay here again, especially at the price point extended.

Amanda was attentive and helpful. She went above and beyond to be accommodating. She extended our check out time and offered to pick up anything we may need from Walmart. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was always really clean and really hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Coming back to a place that felt like home after being at a music festival was so comforting. The robes and slippers were a nice touch as well as all of the little details throughout the house! Highly recommend!!

I cannot speak highly enough of this rental. I’ve used Airbnb for years and this is by far one of the most memorable and best experiences I’ve had.

Our host was proactive and stayed in contact from beginning to end. The home was as pictured, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were COMFORTABLE! This was a great home and it satisfied all our needs. A special thanks to our hosts, they were a pleasure.

Our stay was cozy and fantastic. The place was clean, comfortable and as advertised. I stayed there with my entire family and it was spacious with everything we needed. Comfortably slept 8. The bunk beds are full beds (just mentioning this as they are bigger than the photos look!). The game room, hot tub, and small photo area were a hit! It was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do while there. Lots of great restaurants around. Would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely return in the future. The owner was very responsive, kind, and thoughtful!

Absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what we needed clean, and spacious with a welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. But what truly blew us away was the personal touch: the fridge was fully stocked for us before we arrived, and anything we needed, they had already anticipated. It’s rare to find a host who genuinely cares about their guests’ comfort the way they did. This was more than just a stay it was an experience. We stayed at Gretchen’s place while in town for a wedding. She was super communicative and helpful. She left some snacks and waters which was super thoughtful and much appreciated when we arrived later after one of the wedding events. The place was very clean and tidy. Thank you, Gretchen!
