The best Airbnb I've been to so far. Giuseppina is an extremely kind, helpful and respectful person of the privacy of guests. The apartment is well-kept and clean, located in a quiet and peaceful area of Elmas, well connected to the center of Cagliari and very close to the market, bars and basic necessities. Absolutely no negative aspects, and I hope to be able to return soon. It is an excellent option for those seeking tranquility and comfort.

We thoroughly enjoyed our nights stay at The Kite House. We would have happily stayed longer! The property has a lovely, relaxed vibe, it’s well kept and serviced. The communication before arrival was faultless and the staff all friendly. Great pool, beautiful grounds. My only negative (and it’s a small one) would be that the bathroom was abit tired and the shower wasn’t great).

I loved every minute of my stay in Anna Rita's lovely apartment in Nuxis. The space is beautiful and very well taken care of. For a stay of any length, it has everything anyone could ever need. Moreover, it is right in the centre of the town, so it is easy to get to anything you need. Anna Rita was the most wonderful and friendly host. When I arrived I was met with great enthusiasm and many delightful local products! This little house is a treasure and I recommend it to anyone who wants an authentic experience of a small Sardinian town and its people.
