Monthly Rentals in Nukus District

The apartment is great! Right in front of the Savitsky Museum, in the very center of the city. It is even better and more spacious in life than it appears in the photos. Everything is new, beautiful, carpets, soft fabrics, beautiful interior decoration and design, high-quality furniture - you will rarely meet an apartment of such a level for rent, and especially in such a remote city as Nukus. I did not expect that in Nukus, in principle, there may be an apartment of this level in the AirBnb service. If we go again, I will only stay here.

Great host. Great place. Worth every euro spent. Eveything you need there is available except perhaps a dish washer, which we didn't need ourselves. The bathroom had a water gun so that was a quite nice surprise for us because most bathrooms in Uzbekistan dont have water gun to clean after toilet. Very close to airport and quite modern and comfy furniture.

Pros: Dee is a FANTASTIC host and responded to all of my inquiries at all hours of the day/night almost immediately. The small issues I encountered were handled absolutely instantly. Communication was truly top-notch. Also, you can't find a better location than this in Nukus. It's 10 times nicer than any hotel in the area and also cheaper than the hotels (which are much older and shabbier). The apartment is truly modern and the photos do not do justice to just how large and clean it really is. The presence of a washing machine (although it does not have drying functions) is amazing in Karakalpakstan. Cons: One of the bedrooms does not have AC. I was traveling alone, so this wasn't an issue for me--but it was unclear to me from the listing that this would be the case, so if you're a larger group and it's summer, make note of this. Nukus is HOT. Also, the apt is on the 5th floor (if you count ground level as floor 1) of the building. Carrying a huge suitcase upstairs was difficult.

Perfect stay in Nukus; the place is large, clean and as described. The owner responds very quickly to messages and recommended good places to stay in Nukus. I highly recommend it!
