Monthly Rentals in Nubs Nob

This was the perfect spot for four mom/daughter pairs to stay for a weekend soccer tournament in Petoskey. The basement was perfect for the girls to hang out and have fun. There were so many games to choose from, too! The upstairs was great for the moms to chill. Easy 15-20 min drive to both soccer field locations. Comfy place to stay and had everything we needed. If we have another tournament in Petoskey I’ll book again. Thanks, Gerrit!

Chris and his wife were truly outstanding hosts—warm, welcoming, and always ready with a friendly chat whenever we crossed paths. They went above and beyond to offer helpful local tips and personalized recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The property itself was in a perfect location—peaceful, scenic, and conveniently situated for exploring the area.What really stood out was the thoughtful attention to detail throughout our stay. Their dogs were some of the sweetest and most well-behaved I’ve ever met. One of the nicest surprises was when they gifted us some Petoskey stones, which made the stay feel even more special and thoughtful. The place felt very welcoming and was definitely worth the price. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

This has been my favorite Air BNB to stay. Everything was exactly as portrayed in photos. Very clean, beds cozy, check-in/out smooth, & we were able to use the pool & jacuzzi!

Great place to stay if you’re traveling to boyne or the highlands! We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future. Great place to stay and unwind after a long day of being outdoors.
