A plethora of world-class restaurants, galleries, museums, and local attractions are within a short walk. ***Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of the other 8 units at the complex - all units are now managed and maintained in-house with limited on-site staff, not through an off-site management company.** LIVING AREA Relax in the upscale living area, outfitted with a sleeper sofa, 50” smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace. Wood-beam ceilings and terracotta floors create a delightful Southwestern ambience. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season. KITCHEN & DINING Start your day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the upscale kitchen, equipped with gleaming granite countertops and upgraded stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the five-person kitchen bar. Then dine together at the table set for six. BED & BATH This single-story condo sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area. All three bedrooms boast comfortable king beds and smart TVs equipped with Roku. An en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A second bathroom features a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA Enjoy appetizers on the private patio, detailed with seating for six. Or enjoy grilling a meal on the gas grill. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels through satellite, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker (free of charge) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the parking area (which also includes an accessible parking spot). We also have a Tesla and universal car charger for your electric vehicles (free of charge). Although this villa is on the ground level, four steps are required to access the main floor once inside the unit. LOCATION Tucked away in exciting downtown Santa Fe, Zona Rosa is 2 blocks from the historic Plaza and a 10-minute walk from the popular Railyard District. This studio rental has mountain views from every window surrounded by pasture land and an organic farm. Casita Seco is a short distance to the Taos Ski Valley on one end and the Town of Taos on the other. At least four restaurants are within walking distance along with galleries and shops. Casita Seco is an Adobe studio with Southwestern charm. Saltillo tile floors keep this studio cool in the summer, in floor heating keeps it cozy in the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fun activities for all ages in the Taos area include: skiing, snowboarding in surrounding towns, mountain and desert hiking to rivers and waterfalls, rock climbing (we can help with reservations), whitewater rafting and kayaking, hot air ballooning, golf, tennis, and mountain biking. World class restaurants, shops, a cinema, including a weekly art film series, museums, art galleries, classes, and workshops. Something for everyone. The Taos Ski Valley has many fun events throughout the Winter; the Taos Film Festival takes place in March; the World Poetry Bout in June; the Solar Music Festival in July; the Fall Arts Festival in September; Mountain Film Festival and the Balloon Festival in October. #8 is a large and beautiful place on 3.5 acres with mountain views in every direction. We have a large 3-car detached garage. We have 4 Master BR suites and 2 living rooms, each with sofas and a sofa-bed. 6 TV's and 3 fireplaces (4 counting the fire-pit in the back) Beautiful private dining room and another dining table outside (weather permitting). It's at Taos Country Club and 24 miles from Taos Ski Valley. Welcome!
