Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Northampton

I could not recommend this enough. The right mix of updated and original. Kitchen was fully redone and lots of space. The back gardens were great and we would walk into town daily. Very close to Smith College. 4 out of 4 stars!

A lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the animals and mountains. Host was nice and accommodating.

Terry was amazing. We had an issue and couldn't check in on time and Terry worked with us. If we could come back and stay we definitely would!

Super clean, quiet and comfortable with lots of great touches. We didn’t get the best weather for lake life but the house made up for it nicely. Look forward to staying again someday!

I've stayed at many air bnb's and this is my favorite. The house is inviting, warm, beautiful and comfortable. It provided a wonderful environment to rest and renew. The kitchen is filled with light and looks out onto the yard which is green and host to lovely birds and bird song. The patio was also inviting and comfy for a meal or to sit with a cup of tea/glass of wine and unwind or read a book. The neighborhood is vibrant, safe and within easy walking distance to downtown. The host Louisa has paid attention to every detail to ensure an easy and very comfortable stay. i highly recommend!!!

Had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful ! We love old houses and antiques and it was the perfect spot for us! We were easily able to walk to get breakfast and coffee in the morning. My husband is a very light sleeper and had a very good night sleep it was a very quiet property to be at !

We were very comfortable and felt very home like at Brodys place. The muffins were delicious and the house was clean and comfortable. Would be best suited for a family with younger children. Two bedrooms with one bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has bunk beds. The yard was manicured very nicely and we felt welcome. Wish we could have spent a little more time and enjoyed the outdoor space more. Bedrooms are on the second story. Recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in this neck of the woods. There was a bit of a plumbing problem which wasn't the owners fault at all. We hope it all worked out.

Bridget's place is so quintessentially New England - I felt like Jo March writing up by the window. Bridget was the best host. She welcomed me, told me all her favourite trail runs, and even extended by check out so I was able to complete one of them and shower before moving on to my next destination. She always responded so promptly - whenever I asked about heating, everything. Oh... and the bed is SO COMFY!!! It made my 5am alarm HARD! I will be back again, and again, and again. You're close to UMASS, trails, and town - all within walking distance :) Thanks Bridget, it truly was a pleasure.

Peter and the apartment were great! Peter was super responsive, friendly, and had nice touches like homemade granola with milk and coffee provided. After my original AirBNB fell through at check-in at 6pm, I was relieved (and saved) by Peter’s responsiveness.

We had such a great stay! The house was incredibly comfortable—spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It felt private and tucked away, but was still just minutes from family on Christian Lane and so many fun local spots. The yard and gardens were absolutely lovely. We visited Tree House Brewery for amazing beer and pizza, made a stop at Tom’s Hot Dogs, and couldn’t resist a trip to Yankee Candle. It was the perfect mix of cozy, quiet, and convenient. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Amazing stay at Richards. It is like the photographs and so much more. Richard was friendly and helpful and enjoyed sharing his home, sculptures and gardens with others. The apartment is beautiful and peaceful and a great getaway. He has put so much love and energy into his home and property and we are so lucky to be able to enjoy it also. I look forward to returning. A nice escape into the country side of western mass but still close to so many adorable small towns, farms, Northampton and fun little back roads.!!!

shelburne Falls is an adorable town, and this Airbnb has a small table with 3 chairs on a back porch that looks out on the river and bridge— very nice . Cute apartment over the the owner’s store and perfect location to walk around town . crystal was a great host…. proactive before our arrival responsive

Such a serene, lovely cottage-like apartment. I felt totally safe and loved being able to walk on the trail nearby. With the kitchen and living room I was able to work all day in comfort in a space separate from the bedroom—perfect for doing my remote job while waiting for my UMass kid to finish exams. I really enjoyed my stay!

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

A Perfect Stay at Elisa's! Elisa's place was absolutely magical! Located in a charming yet convenient resort, this beautifully designed space instantly felt like home. Her communication was warm and helpful, and her local recommendations led us to hidden gems throughout the area. The spotless cleanliness and private garden oasis for morning coffee or evening drinks made everything perfect. This place represents exceptional value—not just accommodation but an experience connecting you to the local community.

Yulia's place was the perfect spot for a Memorial Day weekend getaway. Was even great for an infant! It was comfy and cozy! Loved the patisserie downstairs and the town. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul’s place! We had easy access to the mountain for skiing. It was wonderful to have a ski locked to store our stuff outside of the room. In addition to the wonderful accommodation our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend Paul and his accommodation!!!
