Holiday rentals in Northampton

Appreciated the private suite with its own porch and entrance. Very clean. Perfect for 1-2 people. Spacious bathroom. Little kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, kettle and 1-burner plug-in convection stovetop. No oven. Awoke every morning to the most beautiful birdsong. Sweet neighborhood. No problem with on street parking. Super close to downtown Noho for food, coffee, art and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. While this space is a suite in the host’s home they respect your privacy, give you plenty of space and are cordial when your paths cross. You may even get a visit from their cuddly black cat which for us was a bonus! Grateful to have found this spot as I travel to this area often so Im glad to have found somewhere to re-rent in the future!

We had a lovely stay in Jill's apartment in Northampton! It was close enough to downtown that we walked all around the city every day, but far enough that we never heard any of the noise from traffic or people walking by. The apartment itself is lovely, and I just think these old buildings are so beautiful. We had everything we needed, and really appreciated the well-stocked pantry, we like to cook when we're away. Jill & Donna also had great recommendations around the neighborhood - def go to Hungry Ghost, we got a loaf of the rosemary bread and almost ate the whole thing the first night we were there, LOL. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were pleased with our stay with Danielle. The entry and living space were exactly as described. Clean and welcoming, and I loved the before and after photos on the wall showing how much work they put into renovating the space, it’s awesome! AC was easy to work and cooled the space well. We were particularly impressed with the motion activated night lights along the walkways, it was a great little detail that supported a comfortable stay when away from home. The bedroom is very nice, and the option of the pullout futon in the living room was great - it had a nice mattress as well. I would definitely recommend staying here, it was super close to everything in downtown, and Danielle was helpful and responsive. Very much appreciated an hour early check in making it possible to stick to a strict wedding party schedule. Thank you!

Such a lovely space and it was so easy to walk to all of the attractions. Tons of great restaurants, bars and things to do/see within walking distance. Perfect space for our girls weekend getaway!

What a treat it was to stay at Jacqueline's place – a former button factory! Everything about this place is thoughtful, from the host to the furnishings. It's clear that a lot of consideration has gone into this Airbnb. Jacqueline was kind and communicative without being obtrusive, and she was quick to respond. We had no issues that she needed to respond to though! Everything went perfectly smoothly. The apartment was absolutely pristine, perhaps the cleanest rental I have ever encountered. We were so impressed that this rental had everything one needs to be cozy and live (and cook) comfortably, but it is not cluttered or overdone. Also, the location (and free parking) can't be beat! Finally, what could be a nightmare check-in process with other hosts was easy, clear, and smooth thanks to the instructions Jacqueline sends prior to renting. Again, there were absolutely no issues with anything, and we would rent this place again in a heartbeat (and wish to live in it permanently)!

Theo’s place was the perfect clean and cozy retreat. We loved being so close to town, while also feeling a sense of peacefulness and quiet. Waking up to the beautiful garden was an added bonus! My partner and I highly recommend, and would stay again during our next visit.

We were really impressed with Devon’s communication and attention to detail. He made the process SO easy. The space was cozy, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with dishes, utensils, cleaning items. Devon really thought of everything when equipping the kitchen and apartment in general. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, soap (dish, laundry & bath) and paper products. The location is GREAT. It’s so close to campus and downtown. Over the course of the week, my daughter and I fell in love with the Northampton community and its residents. ❤️

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Karen’s guest house apartment! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location while in town for a wedding at Valley View farm, 2 min away. The property is also a very short distance from Northampton. Karen was proactive and reached out well in advance with clear instructions for parking and check-in. We mistakenly did not formally include our small dog in the reservation details, but she was extremely understanding and prepared with special blankets to cover the couch for us. The air conditioning kept us cool, the kitchen was extremely clean and well stocked, and the bathroom was great (lovely tiled shower). Plenty of towels. The yard was also lovely and perfect for walking our dog. Check out instructions were very simple and clear. Much quicker and expected less than other hosts. Next time we’re in Western mass, we will definitely stay with Karen again! 😊
