A beautiful area of lovely homes. The place is compact with everything you need - just a short drive to Niagara Falls. If possible, definitely go to the Canadian side - the views and experience are astonishing. Our hosts were very hospitable.

Gary was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout my entire stay - whenever I needed anything or had questions. The studio is cozy and exactly as pictured, with a very comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen that made my extended stay convenient. Gary's attentiveness and the studio's comfort made this feel like a home away from home. I would definitely book again and highly recommend to anyone visiting North Tonawanda/Buffalo area.

A nice, comfortable and accessable place to stay! Restaurants and shopping are close and even walkable to some locations. I was on a work trip, but Niagra Falls State Park was only 20 minutes away and this location is walkable to Niagra River. I would stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Emma and Joshua’s place. The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Emma and Joshua were incredibly welcoming and responsive throughout the stay, making everything smooth and stress-free.
