We stayed for a month at Jennette's place. We loved the location with many shops around the area and walkable neighborhood. the house was really cozy and it had everything we needed for our stay. Jennette was very accommodating and responsive every time we needed something. Highly recommend staying at her house!!

Don was an excellent host and this well-located home is very peaceful and comfortable. We had an emergency that required us to leave just as our stay began, but Airbnb did not reimburse us according to the stated cancelation policy. That wasn't Don's fault -- he was very understanding -- Airbnb is to blame. Anyway, we really liked the peaceful lanai and recommend Don's tranquil oasis in Naples. Thank you, Don!

Location and accomodations were exactly as described by hosts. Peaceful and private, this villa is a true hidden gem in beautiful Naples. Easy drive to the beach and other distinct but equally amazing destinations, such as the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. We truly enjoyed our 5 night Spring Break stay. The hosts' notable care and responsiveness stood second to none and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you again Ailyn and William. You guys made an impression and we are looking forward to booking your place again in the future.

We could not be happier with our accommodations. Comfortable beds, good AC, perfect size heated pool. 4 bedrooms with very convenient beds’ setup was perfect for our group: 4 adults and 4 kids. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. The house was stacked with everything we could potentially need. Thank you for everything, you made our vacation perfect!

That is one of the most beautiful peaceful places I have stayed. Felt like an amazing vacation great reset for my body and mine. This come was close to everything we needed, clean, comfortable and host is responsive!

We were so comfortable in Karen and Todd's place. The location worked out well for us as we were close to family and the beach.. I recommend driving to the beach and arriving fairly early to get a parking spot on weekends. The space is large and layed out so nicely.

Very lovely place to stay, the house and pool were very clean. Welcoming environment and amazing communication from the start! Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Naples, the house is quite large and comfortably accommodates a lot of people. It is close to the best spots in Naples making it a great and affordable getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Vanderbilt I recently. Location was great and property was spectacular. Clean, very tidy and heated pool was lived by all. Will definitely come back. Rob.

Thank you Mack. We had a wonderful stay. !! The home is beautiful and spacious with lots of room and beds. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. Our family and I enjoyed the Memorial weekend . The place was clean, and had everything we need for our stay. The private outdoor patio was really peaceful . The pool was perfect and heated all the time. The location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach ,restaurants and shops. I hope to be back next year. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This place was great!! 4 of us came down from Tennessee for a surprise bday party and the place was perfect for us! Comfy hang out spaces - and the fire pits were a plus!! Beds were super comfortable. As noted in the listing - it’s 2 units with totally separate entrances (a duplex) - which provided extra privacy for our group. Thank you for hosting us!!!

We just completed an incredible nine day stay at Bob and Sandra’s home and are already looking forward to returning. The home is located in a beautiful gated community in the perfect location, close to everything. Cleanliness is my number one priority and this home did not disappoint. The villa was extremely clean and well taken care of. The home also had any household item you would ever need on vacation. We appreciated not needing to go out and buy essentials and Bob even had additional items arrive at the home mid week to ensure we never ran out of anything. As much as we loved the interior of the home, we were equally wowed by the outdoor space. The pool was gorgeous & perfectly heated all week. Small touches like uplighting on the landscaping, patio and nighttime pool lights did not go unnoticed. Bob and Sandra were easy to communicate with and always available if needed. I can not say enough great things about this home. Thank you again for hosting us!!

Our five night stay was perfect, the house was spotless upon arrival and the as was cold! Our ground of five had plenty of room, property could accommodate many more. Several beaches within a few minutes, all of the beach necessitates are provided at the home. The pool could use some extra attention, the water doesn’t circulate therefore has a film and gnats across the surface throughout. It’s swimable, but not spectacular by any means. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you’d need on a trip. We would definitely book again if we were in the area!

Stayed here for 4 weeks. Everything was perfect for us. Good location, quiet neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants, downtown, the beach. Pool was great. House was very clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely book this one again. Thank you David.

As advertised! Often things don’t come as advertised. Mariana’s home was as advertised and more! It was perfect for our month long stay in Naples. Over the last 25 years we have stayed in many different homes in Briarwood. This was the absolute best! The home was extremely clean and wonderfully appointed and decorated. Moreover, Mariana is a great host. We hope to stay there again.

Loved this place so much! Five minute drive to a local beach and about 25 minutes from Naples! They have a heated pool which is super nice and private! The patio outside was super cute we were able to eat dinner outside! The hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended for anyone trying out Bonita Springs!

We visited 3/23/24-3/30/24. The lovely Naples Park home was just as described. It was very comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We came with our two adult daughters and our grandson. He really loved the pool and the outside shower. I loved the cage around the pool, it kept the bugs out so we could sit out there in the evening and play cards. There was plenty of Beach towels & ok beach chairs. They had a bigger cooler & a handy smaller one. The park pass was nice but be aware that Wiggins is still under repair from the hurricane. It is VERY limed to space. We only got into the park 1 day out of 6! I found a number on the side of the fridge for Naples park shuttle, Christine was fabulous. She picked us up at the house and dropped us at the beach!! Would definitely return. Thank you

Wonderful house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. House is spacious, with comfortable beds and couches throughout. Lots of games and toys for kids, including the ping pong table and equipment. Tons of closet space and drawer/cabinet spaces for storage. Lots of chairs and toys to take to the beach. Beautiful kitchen. Backyard and pool area very nice, with peaceful view of lake behind the house. Relaxing pool and lounge outdoor lounge area. Great wifi and lots of outlets everywhere. Great communication with hosts throughout. We would love to come back to this home.

We will be back- we love this neighborhood and location and proximity to downtown Naples, golf courses, shops restaurants and beaches!

The house was absolutely perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids ages 7 and 9. I reached out to the host prior to arrival asking if we could check in earlier than the 3:00 listed time and she worked with the cleaning crew to make it possible. House had beach chairs, beach toys, towels that were accessible for us to use.

Absolutely beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. You can tell the host puts a ton of care and thought into this place, had everything you could need and more. We caught mangrove snappers, catfish and blue claw crabs right off the dock out back. Would definitely recommend, thank you for everything William.
