Please inquire with a message to ask if those are available. Our condo building is our home and our friends enjoy sharing it with our guests. Note: Reconstruction of the first floor lobby and condos is on going. Work is performed from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. A Queen Murphy bed and queen sofa bed both new mattresses.

Victor’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Naples. The home was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly as shown in the photos. The location was excellent, within a short distance to great restaurants, the beach, and local attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and strong Wi-Fi. Victor was a fantastic host — very responsive, friendly, and gave us great local tips that really enhanced our experience. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything about the stay was stress-free. We’d absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Naples and would love to come back again. Kelly was extremely responsive with clear check i/building access instructions. Pictures don’t do the unit justice and it bugger than we realized. Beautiful view of ocean and canal. Walk to ocean is approx 5min and easily accessible through private walkway. Thank you for the wonderful stay and look forward to returning!
