I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mark’s home. Our stay was perfect! Home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We loved the close proximity to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Our family really enjoyed the pool and bikes throughout our stay. Highly recommend Mark’s home and would definitely book again!

We stayed here in mid-April and this place is amazing!! It was a calm/quiet area to stay in, close enough of a drive to downtown Naples, and close to the beaches. We drove to the beaches since we had beach gear and there was always parking available. They provided the beach gear, which was perfect so we didn’t have to pack or purchase. The landscape and heated pool out back was beautiful and convenient. We brought our 6-month old baby, a small pool floaty and pack n play was provided as well. So helpful! The hosts were super responsive and helpful. I would book here again and recommend this place!

We had a wonderful vacation! The place was beautiful and perfect for our family! Everything is close and easy to get to and everyone was very kind and helpful. The commons area was extremely clean and our family enjoyed all the amenities. Jessica was very responsive and checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed! I would highly recommend!

Stella was so friendly and she could teach a class on how to host an air bnb. She had drinks and snacks for us plus everything that you would need in the bathroom area..even nail polish remover. Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

I stayed with my husband, parents and our 6 month old baby. The apartment was super clean, newly renovated and it had everything we needed for our baby including crib and pack and play. Host was very responsive, friendly and attentive, a true professional. The location is very close to Publix and other shops, overall a great stay.

Great location, just steps from the beach. Condo is well maintained with new sliders out to the lanai. Furniture is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Dave is very responsive and always available for any questions we had.

I have stayed in no fewer than 8 different units at PSR over the years and this was by far the most highly finished, nicest, most-well-outfitted! Will definitely stay again. Lauren has done a fabulous job and has really thought of everything!

The host was super nice and gave me all the instructions that I needed before the check-in. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

I’m so glad we booked with Stacy for our Ft. Myers trip! Stacy’s place was perfect for our getaway beach trip. Very convenient to go to the beach which was right across the street. Stacy provided free vouchers for beach chairs and provided an umbrella that was much needed during the heat of the day! Don’t hesitate to book!
