We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

Home & amenities were wonderful! Loved the central location & all of the wonderful beach chairs wagon etc in the garage. The Aveda product in the bathrooms was so nice! Ayleen was super responsive whenever we had a question We will be back for sure! :)

We had an amazing time in Ft Myers. The house was in a great location, close to the each and grocery store and had everything we could need. Would definitely come back. Susan was very quick to respond to my questions.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and we felt right at home. Very close (2 minute walk) to the beach and the pool was awesome! My entire family really enjoyed our stay, thanks for hosting us!

This place was amazing! Rooms were all clean and spacious. Bathrooms were all clean and came with towels and toiletries. Kitchen came with soap, hand towel, pots, and everything else you need if you decide to cook. Theres TV in the living room, bedrooms, and pool area. The pool had leaves n bugs when we checked in but someone came the next morning to clean it. They even let us use bikes and beach chairs. We stayed in the pool area everyday when we were not at the beach and it’s completely private. They also privided beach towels for all! Neighbors did not see us. It’s a good place to relax and spend time with family and friends. There were 9 of us. It was plenty of space for all! I recommend this place for sure!

This place was great , extremely relaxing and peaceful. Beaches and beautiful homes all around. The house had all we needed for the beach! Kathy was extremely nice and very easy to reach out to incase we needed something! Thank you so much!!

My stay was excellent. The house is very well located and the price seemed totally reasonable. What really made the difference was the host's treatment: very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I felt comfortable and well received from the first moment. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet experience and being well served.

Great accommodations , Great location , Great host. The home had everything we needed for our beach/pool get away. Pool toys/towels. Beach toys/chairs. All we had to bring was our swim suits. Delnor-Wiggins Pass beach had the most beautiful shells & Vanderbilt beach was really nice too - both just minutes from the house. Also great restaurants- Buzz’s lighthouse for outside dining with plenty of economical choices. And Gumbo Limbo for outside fine dining right on the water - again both within minutes of the house. My daughter and I also made a trip to the nearby Waterside shops , got in some retail therapy 😌. The house fit our needs perfectly; 3 spacious bedrooms, all with access to the lanai . Really appreciated that all the light/fan switches were labeled. Host has gone above and beyond to make the home comfortable.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was immaculate — so clean and well-kept, it truly felt like staying in a hotel. Everything I could possibly need was available, including thoughtful touches like snacks and even kids’ plates , silverware and chair, which made things so much easier for our family. The pool was warm and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the night swimming . The location was also excellent — convenient and quiet, making it an ideal spot for a vacation. I honestly couldn’t have wished for a better place to spend my time away. Highly recommended!

Phil was an exceptional host from start to finish! His Naples property was the perfect setting for our family vacation. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Communication was outstanding - Phil responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything, which made our stay completely stress-free. The property had everything we needed, and the kids absolutely loved it! The location was ideal for exploring Naples, with convenient access to beaches and local attractions. The amenities were well-maintained and the entire space felt welcoming and thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a more attentive host. Phil’s hospitality made our time in Naples truly special, and we would definitely book this property again for future visits to the area. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Naples and the biggest factor was how amazing this house is! The pool, hot tub and outdoor area are amazing. We also loved having a TV outside. The beach is close and there is a parking garage nearby that we used. Lots of great restaurants close as well. The extras such as sunscreen, cooler, beach chairs, shampoo, etc were so appreciated. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked - I could go on and on. Honestly just a great house and we would love to stay here again!

Our family had a blast. Everything you need for a beach vacation. Close to the beach and all the beach gear you need to make life easy during your stay. Highly recommend!

Great house for 6-8 people. Fit all of our needs and was nice having the pool to hang around. Not super walkable but bike-able to the beach and close drive to the rest of Naples area. Recommend!

This home….absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and fantastic furnishings. No stone was left unturned with this home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Naples.

Welcome bottles of water were a nice touch as we got in late. Home was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the pool and hot tub (was a little tricky to figure out how to get the hot tub heated but eventually we got it). There were two adult bikes and beach umbrella, chairs, and cooler. TV’s were nice. Overall, we had a great stay!

David's house was beautiful, clean, well equipped and even larger than I anticipated. There were seven adults and we never felt on top of each other. It was plenty spacious and very clean. There were plenty of toys for the swimming pool. The bikes, chairs and umbrella were a necessity for the beach. The bike ride was a tad further than I anticipated. I'm sure the distance is no problem in winter months, but it was a bit far for those of us that were 50+ when the temperature is in the 90s. David is a super host! His responses to my questions were quick and thorough. We had a wonderful time!

I highly recommend this house great location close to the beach and great restaurants. Place was brand new, super clean and we really enjoyed the pool. The hosts were super responsive.

Cute cottage close to the beautiful Delnor Wiggins Pass and many other places. We enjoyed staying here and loved the close proximity to the beach. Vanessa had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella in the cottage to use and the backyard was peaceful to hang out in. The kitchen was small but had all the amenities we needed and the shower had great pressure! We would stay again!

This place truly felt like a second home for my family - everything was perfect! The cleanliness, cozy atmosphere, and backyard exceeded our expectations. The workspace was ideal for my husband and I, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the backyard was our favorite spot to relax. Area was calm and felt safe, perfect for walks with the littles. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Chris’s place was wonderful! We hosted a family gals weekend with 9 of us and it was fun for all ages. Great location and space for our weekend. We spent most of the weekend in the pool which was lovely and having the dock option to lay out on was great too. Chris was super responsive before and during our stay.

The owners were very accommodating and available for questions.

Ted's place was absolutely perfect for our visit to Naples. He is a fantastic host who has thought of everything to make your stay amazing. Great location, nicely furnished home, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful beach amenities, and a beautiful and private pool/spa to relax in after a day at the beach. I look forward to staying here again!
