We had a nice stay at this Airbnb! It was very peaceful and relaxing. The area around the pool and grounds are beautiful, offering plenty of shade and lounge chairs to unwind. Kathleen was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We had complete privacy while attached to the main house. We ate all of our meals out, but there is a kitchenette with a small fridge and air fryer/toaster oven. The location was also great and close to Publix and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Katie’s beautiful, modern home in Naples. The house was absolutely spotless and everything we could possibly need was provided. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, with brand-new pans and all the essentials for cooking at home. The location was peaceful and scenic, surrounded by trees. Katie was an amazing host, responsive and welcoming. We truly wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay!! The hosts were very accommodating to us as we had to check in a little early to make it on time to a wedding. We enjoyed an early morning swim in the pool with a Nespresso coffee. Next time we are in Naples we will definitely be reaching out again!

An exceptional experience! This beach house exceeded our expectations. Its location is ideal. The space is spacious, bright, and decorated with a cozy style that made us feel at home. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing us to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the patio is perfect for relaxing at sunset. Our host was very friendly and attentive, providing us with helpful recommendations. We created unforgettable memories and definitely plan to return. Great place to stay for a work trip, quiet and easy to access via private entry, all the basic needs you will need for a week long stay. Great host and a great price point. Extremely close to downtown Naples, the zoo, all the great local coffee shops and few minute drive to beach front. 15 minute drive to one of my favorite local restaurants “The Dock at Crayton Cove “

This place was prettier than I remembered from the photos! The pool area is fantastic, and the overall layout of the house was great. It was very comfortable and clean, and my boys absolutely loved all the fun stuff in the garage! It was only a 5 minute drive to the Foxtail Coffee nearby, as well as many other restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Phil was an exceptional host from start to finish! His Naples property was the perfect setting for our family vacation. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Communication was outstanding - Phil responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed anything, which made our stay completely stress-free. Loved our stay! Was very conveniently located so close to everything! Including all the great restaurants, Mercato, the beach, the waterside shops and 5th Ave. My husband and I lived in Naples for a few years and came back to visit our friends. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. Felt like we were home again! Alfred is a great host. Very helpful and replies quickly if there are any concerns or questions! The home itself has everything you would need and the backyard is beautiful with a new pool/spa. Would definitely stay again!

Matthew’s stay was such a good plan. We initially planned to go to the beach but the house was so well equipped and welcoming that we decided to spend the weekend in the house instead. Would definitely book this place again!

It was nice and peaceful wish the pool was warmer

We had a lovely weekend here. Spent a lot of time on the balcony that was shaded and screened and had an awesome view of the gulf. Plenty of food and shopping very close. Place was clean and comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed to enjoy florida.

We have stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis before and this unit is the best yet!! I am super picky on cleanliness and it was very clean! The unit had some high end touches along with furniture and decor being very tasteful. The bed was really comfortable, shower nice, outdoor chairs perfect and the towels were amazing. It’s all those little touches that made our stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We plan on booking again in the future. ☀️

Condo is located in a very beautiful setting that includes 24 hour security. The area is stunning and only a short walk to the beach. View from the balcony is gorgeous! Ocean view and view of the shared pool. Well maintained grounds and very clean! Grills for common use could use some maintenance and a good cleaning but they are centrally located for easy use. Kevin is a great owner! Very responsive and helpful. Condo itself is very nice and comfortable! Some updates would be nice however it offers so many great amenities! Beach wagon, chairs and umbrella are provided however again could be updated. Overall our family believes we found a gem of a condo on a great beach in beautiful Naples! Well done Kevin!

Stacy’s condo is just beautiful. A great location within walking distance or bicycling to almost everywhere. Very clean and well stocked. She was a delight to text with! Enjoy!!

So impressed. Lindsey was an extremely responsive and personable host. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with what we needed to make our stay enjoyable. There were not many guests during our stay, so the pool area was quiet. We loved the view of the large pool area from our balcony. Would definitely rent this condo again since the location is convenient to many good restaurants, grocery store, the beach, and, more importantly, to where our son lives in Bonita Beach.

Where do I begin? We had an amazing week & Rose’s place & recommendations exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is a hidden gem. We loved its proximity to the beach, restaurants, & nearby beautiful neighborhoods with walking trails. Rose was very responsive & helpful. Will definitely stay here again & highly recommend it!
