Location and accomodations were exactly as described by hosts. Peaceful and private, this villa is a true hidden gem in beautiful Naples. Easy drive to the beach and other distinct but equally amazing destinations, such as the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary. We truly enjoyed our 5 night Spring Break stay. The hosts' notable care and responsiveness stood second to none and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you again Ailyn and William. You guys made an impression and we are looking forward to booking your place again in the future.

Wonderful house in a safe and quiet neighborhood. House is spacious, with comfortable beds and couches throughout. Lots of games and toys for kids, including the ping pong table and equipment. Tons of closet space and drawer/cabinet spaces for storage. Lots of chairs and toys to take to the beach. Beautiful kitchen. Backyard and pool area very nice, with peaceful view of lake behind the house. Relaxing pool and lounge outdoor lounge area. Great wifi and lots of outlets everywhere. Great communication with hosts throughout. We would love to come back to this home.

We could not be happier with our accommodations. Comfortable beds, good AC, perfect size heated pool. 4 bedrooms with very convenient beds’ setup was perfect for our group: 4 adults and 4 kids. Anthony was very helpful and responsive. The house was stacked with everything we could potentially need. Thank you for everything, you made our vacation perfect!

That is one of the most beautiful peaceful places I have stayed. Felt like an amazing vacation great reset for my body and mine. We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that were available for us to use, as well as the nice private backyard, which was perfect for unwinding after a day out. The host provided clear and helpful instructions, making check-in and navigating the space super easy. It's worth noting that you'll need a car to get around, as the location isn’t walkable to most attractions—but everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, beach-friendly getaway!

Great location close to the beach and restaurants, but just far enough away to enjoy. I would recommend staying here.

Very lovely place to stay, the house and pool were very clean. Welcoming environment and amazing communication from the start! Would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Naples, the house is quite large and comfortably accommodates a lot of people. It is close to the best spots in Naples making it a great and affordable getaway!

Our family enjoyed the holiday at this beautiful place! We were all able to stay comfortably and the lanai and pool were amazing. The small holiday tree was a wonderful touch. Five stars!!!!!

Thank you Mack. We had a wonderful stay. !! The home is beautiful and spacious with lots of room and beds. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. Our family and I enjoyed the Memorial weekend . The place was clean, and had everything we need for our stay. The private outdoor patio was really peaceful . The pool was perfect and heated all the time. The location was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach ,restaurants and shops. I hope to be back next year. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Luxury accommodations in Everglades City! One of my very favorites! Great for boaters. The property is pristine inside and out. The home is very comfortable, peaceful and very clean. The kitchen and living area have a beautiful open space to entertain and enjoy your family. Everything is new, even the boat dock. We brought our 28 foot center console. There was plenty of room to dock the boat. We were also able to park the boat trailer which is a plus. Everglades city is an old fishing town with a lot of history. I highly recommend experiencing this secluded area of Florida while enjoying luxury accommodations of this property

We just completed an incredible nine day stay at Bob and Sandra’s home and are already looking forward to returning. The home is located in a beautiful gated community in the perfect location, close to everything. Cleanliness is my number one priority and this home did not disappoint. The villa was extremely clean and well taken care of. The home also had any household item you would ever need on vacation. We appreciated not needing to go out and buy essentials and Bob even had additional items arrive at the home mid week to ensure we never ran out of anything. As much as we loved the interior of the home, we were equally wowed by the outdoor space. The pool was gorgeous & perfectly heated all week. Small touches like uplighting on the landscaping, patio and nighttime pool lights did not go unnoticed. Bob and Sandra were easy to communicate with and always available if needed. I can not say enough great things about this home. Thank you again for hosting us!!

Stayed here for 4 weeks. Everything was perfect for us. Good location, quiet neighborhood, close to stores, restaurants, downtown, the beach. Pool was great. House was very clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Will definitely book this one again. Thank you David.

As advertised! Often things don’t come as advertised. Mariana’s home was as advertised and more! It was perfect for our month long stay in Naples. Over the last 25 years we have stayed in many different homes in Briarwood. This was the absolute best! The home was extremely clean and wonderfully appointed and decorated. Moreover, Mariana is a great host. We hope to stay there again.

We visited 3/23/24-3/30/24. The lovely Naples Park home was just as described. It was very comfortable, clean, and beautiful. We came with our two adult daughters and our grandson. He really loved the pool and the outside shower. I loved the cage around the pool, it kept the bugs out so we could sit out there in the evening and play cards. There was plenty of Beach towels & ok beach chairs. They had a bigger cooler & a handy smaller one. The park pass was nice but be aware that Wiggins is still under repair from the hurricane. It is VERY limed to space. We only got into the park 1 day out of 6! I found a number on the side of the fridge for Naples park shuttle, Christine was fabulous. She picked us up at the house and dropped us at the beach!! Would definitely return. Thank you

Thank you for a fantastic stay! We loved the great location—so convenient between the beach and downtown. The accommodations were comfortable and relaxing, with a great layout and spacious common area. The well-stocked kitchen and beach/pool items were a wonderful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated everything and would definitely stay again in the future!

Beautiful home and pool. We heated the pool, and the temperature was consistently warm. We enjoyed the nearby playground and pickleball courts in the gated community. Disappointed there were no bikes during our stay. Check with the owner if this is important to you. Also, pool floats were torn or did not maintain air, except baby float was good. I left two noodle floats for future guest. The house was well supplied with beach chairs and cart. Great location central to everything. Downtown was a 10 minute drive. Fabulous restaurants. There are lovely walking trails nearby, or can walk within the community. Publix and Walgreens also 10 minutes away. We also enjoyed the Naples Botanic Gardens. Overall great stay.

Beautiful location, within a safe, guard-gated neighborhood. Has it's own cute pool, but you also have access to the two community pools which are a great added bonus! Very quiet neighborhood with little noise.

We really enjoyed our Stay at Branden's. The house was very comfortable for our family of 6. Plenty of room to talk, hang out, grill out back and most importantly the house was nice and cool during the hot Florida summers! If we're back in Naples, we would definitely book this stay again!
