Very nice apartment, clean, modern, well arranged and with a very nice view, we recommend it!

We very much enjoyed the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings.

The accommodation is very secluded and privately located on a fajã. You have the whole house to yourself incl. Herb garden and outdoor area with fantastic sea views. The house has everything you need for a stay, herbs, salt, pepper, oil, rice, pasta, milk, toiletries. Anabela is very friendly, helpful and always has a few tips for activities on the island. Unfortunately, we could not find the house on arrival via Google Maps, but Anabela showed us the way and drove ahead. A small supermarket is 20 minutes away in Norte Grande. Tip: Be sure to shop in Velas upon arrival.

This must certainly rank among the best AirBnB's we've ever stayed in. The view is every bit as stunning as you might guess from the pictures, and it feels like it's all yours. The pace is easy and relaxed an the fajã. Driving down there feels like you're leaving the world behind. There are amazing, rocky shorelines to b explored by trails that lead right out your door. Sónia was always a quick message away - very responsive; very understanding and helpful. The place itself had every little convenience you might imagine, and it was spotless. The wifi was string, the water was copious and hot. There's even a highly regarded local restaurant serving authentic food within a couple minutes' walk. And all this for what seemed like a pretty inexpensive stay in the Azores. Oh, and Sao Jorge is crazy beautiful. I would rate this place higher if I could.
