Monthly Rentals in Nokomis Beach

This was our second stay at this Airbnb, and we love it. Great location, spacious, and it has a well-stocked kitchen, as well as beach supplies for guests to use.

Wow, where do I start! The place was exactly how it was advertised and more beautiful than the pictures! The rooms were so cozy and comfortable and the living room and kitchen were immaculate. Everything you need in a kitchen and more! The atmosphere was amazing and walking distance to the beach. The beach was spectacular and less crowded than Siesta Key. They had plenty of beach towels for all us and also had chairs for the beach. The hosts Ty and Olivia were absolutely fabulous! They were always in touch with any questions or recommendations we needed and always answered within minutes. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and she loved the place so much that I requested an extra night and Ty and Olivia was able to grant it and a reasonable rate! We are definitely coming back to this beautiful Air B&B! We highly recommend it and If I were you, don't think twice about it, BOOK IT! Many blessing, Luis & Betzy Orlando, FL

Dan’s place was wonderful! We will definitely be back! Dan thought of all the amenities that you could possibly need and some other things that made the place that much more enjoyable. The outdoor space off of the bay is great and the location is so close to the beach (also a very nice area), dinning, and a yummy ice cream shop across the street. The place was very clean and the bed was so comfy! We were able to meet Dan and he was so friendly and considerate! Having a beach umbrella and chairs was a game changer! I cannot recommend Dan’s place enough!

Location was perfect. Lanai’s views of tropical backyard are lovely. Three superb beaches are nearby - Nokomis, Venice and Siesta beaches. The studio is well-appointed and the patio has a nice grill. The owner was very responsive to our questions and gave us some great ideas for things to do. We were there for a month and feel like we only scratched the surface of things to do.
