Monthly Rentals in Nishitokyo

Located in a small residential area about a five-minute walk from Kichijoji Station, it also enjoys the convenience and liveliness of the commercial area and the tranquility of the residential area.It's very nice to shop around Kichijoji, and basically all the shops that Taiwanese tourists love to go to are here. I highly recommend this location. The room is fully equipped, and toothbrushes need to be brought. The downside is that the space is small, and only one suitcase can be opened at a time, but the pros outweigh the cons.

This home was perfect for us! We were so comfortable and felt right at home. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was in such a great location to be able to hop on the train to go shopping and get great food. Plus it was a quick walk to the conbini which was a huge help! The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt safe there. Kat responded almost immediately to all of my messages. We had to extend for another night and got it extended within 5 minutes!! I would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend Kat as a host 😃

The room was exactly as described, the host super nice and flexible. The room is above a really nice bar, and surprisingly there is no noise at all! However, the room is pretty far from the center, around 45 mins from Shinjuku. So it depends on what you're looking for!

My room was very comfortable and spacious. I was picked up and dropped off at the local train and bus stations when checking in and out! We also went to the grocery store when checking in which was very helpful. There was a tv and desk for working. There was a microwave, fridge and kettle. The kitchen was offered for use. There were also bikes available. The hosts were very friendly and I was able to do laundry. The wifi was strong.
