Holiday rentals with breakfast in Niort

Chantal and Michel are exceptional hosts, we had a wonderful weekend and were able to give my dad an exceptional birthday! They were immensely kind and generous during our stay, also very accommodating! We were close to Poitiers and Futuroscope while enjoying a charming and extremely peaceful and rejuvenating environment. Shops remain easily accessible despite everything! They introduced us to the local gastronomy through many small attentions.

Very good stay with Paulette who is a very welcoming and friendly host. The setting is very pleasant and peaceful. Ideal for relaxing and resting. The breakfasts were very popular. The icing on the cake: the pool! Perfect for a family environment.

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

A beautiful house, very well furnished and equipped. A responsive host. Only small downside the house is far from the shops of first necessity forcing you to take the car even to get bread and the road that passes just in front of the house and is quite noisy in the early morning. A beautiful region with plenty of places to visit

Very nice stay. Walking distance to AYTRÉ beach in 10 minutes, beautiful walk along the sea. House with large terrace very nice and quiet. Close to La Rochelle and Chatelaillon 15 minutes by car. Rooms on the ground floor in the cool when it is 27. We'll be there again. Thanks for the stay.

Apartment on the top floor of a house with beautiful views over the rooftops. Very quiet despite the proximity to the city center. Impeccable cleanliness, Tristan comes every week to clean, change the bed and bath linens. Very responsive communication on his part.

Heloise and her spouse are lovely people. The accommodation is completely in line with the description, very clean etc. with a very well arranged and fenced garden. For our one-night stop it was perfect. And thank you for the little touches Héloïse that were waiting for us in the accommodation :-)

Very happy to have been able to stay in Sandra's apartment for our weekend in La Rochelle, everything went very well, the apartment is well equipped! La Rochelle is a very beautiful city, I recommend it without hesitation!

This is by far the best place I’ve stayed at during my travels in France. If you are passing Marans for Velofrancette consider staying with Francois, his place is impecable, there is plenty of room for bikes, breakfast is so generous and the rooms are great. It also is walking distance from shops and restaurants (booking recommended!). I would love to come back and stay in his place for longer. It’s such a chill setup. I love it!

Monsieur Claude is a pleasant and very welcoming person. He gives good tips on the surroundings of - La Rochelle. As what to see and do, about the history but also about where you can park the car (for free) in the port of La Rochelle. I was curious about his home made strawberry jams, (I saw at one of the reviews)… they hadn't said a word too much. Best jam ever. I was passing through so for only one night but this is a great house for a family(s) who want to stay near La Rochelle in a spacious, nice house! Merci monsieur Claude!!

A charming stone cottage, full of authenticity, where you can immediately feel at home. Katia's thoughtful hospitality, pleasant exchanges and breakfasts worthy of a 5-star hotel were a real pleasure. Conveniently located: only 20 minutes from La Rochelle, with shops accessible by car and the beach 10 minutes away. An exotic weekend that allowed us to replenish our energy. A big thank you to Katia for his generosity and hospitality!

The stay was very nice. The studio is functional and well appointed, there was even enough to have breakfast. Arnaud is responsive, accommodating and very kind. You can go there without a second thought!

Great room with hosts who will do their best to make your stay pleasant. They even go so far as to leave you their bathroom. Wifi works fine. The bed is comfortable. The Neighborhood is peaceful. A place in the fridge is made for our food and the kitchen is free access.

We were hosted very well by Dominique. Thank you because thanks to you, we had a pleasant evening! I recommend Dominique for staying and in addition, she will make you feel at ease she is more than attentive!!

Beautiful garden and pool area with exotic plants and cosy shared lounge which was unique and well designed. Thierry was very friendly and extremely hospitable. The breakfast was delicious, especially the selection of jams and marmalade made by Florence. The bedroom was comfortable with a spacious bathroom including a bath. Highly recommended and we would definitely go back .

Marie Françoise's house is a very beautiful building typical of the region, old, very well restored and maintained, with a beautiful garden. It's enchanting. Marie Françoise is very welcoming, everything is perfect even better than I expected. I highly recommend this guesthouse, you will not be disappointed!

The grounds are delightful, bordering on idyllic. Our room was furnished as for a glossy magazine article but all the mod cons were in place. We received a guided tour around the grounds at the beginning and met many of the animals including Luna the collie who was absolutely adorable and Moldemort the black swan who tried to leave an indelible impression on my toes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower worked a treat. The alfresco breakfast space was lovely - as were our hosts. Just an all-round happy experience

Very nice place, nice quiet property in a green setting. Friendly welcome with Emma, the accommodation is as described, very large and very beautiful room, the bed is super comfortable, breakfast is excellent. I recommend it.

Warm welcome from Ursi and Thomas despite our late arrival time. The room is very spacious, full of charm and tastefully decorated. The dinner prepared by Ursi is a feast for the eyes and taste buds! Breakfast served in the garden is delicious! We were lucky enough to discover Ursi's workshop and her works full of poetry. A soothing place and charming people to discover. Thank you very much Ursi and Thomas for your kindness and generosity! We'll be happy to go back!
