We were welcomed by Serge who took the time to explain the rules of his place and the pool. Big highlight on the restaurants presented and activity. This is my first time seeing a host take so much time to introduce us. Keep it up. I recommend it without a second thought and if we come back to the area, I think we'll take over the space

Quintessential French Country We could not recommend a place more! We absolutely loved our stay at Celine's listing, which was perfect after a few very busy days in Paris sightseeing. We enjoyed the slower pace, the beautiful pool, the private BQ seating area, and the indoor space was perfectly decorated and suited our needs well. We're in France 12 days, and this was by far, the best leg of our journey. Be sure to take Celine's restaurant recommendation - it was the icing on the cake. And Celine was the best hostess we have ever met! Charming, in every way.

We had a very pleasant stay, the accommodation is peaceful and faithful to the description. Jean-Pierre and Cécile are very welcoming and very helpful. I recommend it.

We had the most wonderful 12-night stay in The Farmhouse and enjoyed fabulous hospitality from Sam & Stuart. It is very well equipped with everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. There is a beautiful outdoor space for al fresco dining. There is an enormous barn which has been converted into a games area and is incredibly well equipped with table tennis, pool, darts, table football, a library, and every board game known to man! There is also an invaluable library of information on the local area. The massive heated outdoor pool is such a beautiful area to relax in. With the local church as a backdrop and the sounds of the birds singing in the surrounding trees in the beautiful garden was absolute bliss. The location is a great base to travel from and explore the towns and villages in the surrounding area. We even managed a couple of day trips to La Rochelle and Bordeaux. Thank you so much for such a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Quiet and peaceful location with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is tastefully renovated. A small terrace to enjoy the outdoors... given the weather I could not enjoy the pool but it will be for the next time. I will come back with great pleasure.

We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for peace and nature and fishing, while being close to the amenities of a pretty little town. This place is really well arranged, impeccably clean. We will be happy to come back, if Christelle and Fabrice would like to welcome us there again.

Studio as advertised. On-site parking is very much appreciated. Very clean studio, very pleasant with its private terrace, quiet which adds charm to this place. Discretion of the owners appreciated. All this gave us a very good stay in Niort.

We came for a golf competition in NIORT that weekend, we found this house 5 minutes from the golf course in perfect condition, very well equipped, and as it was a sports weekend, we left in the morning and returned in the evening around 8:00 p.m., fortunately the excellent bedding of this accommodation allowed us to recharge the batteries optimally. It was perfect. The small outdoor area made available was perfect (although it may deserve a small BBQ or small plancha) otherwise everything was very good. The geographical location allows quick access to the city center and is 5 minutes from the access to the main roads and for the reason of our stay it was perfect.

⭐ Exceptional! We had an absolutely perfect stay at this B&B. The welcome was warm from our arrival, the hosts are lovely, attentive and always available. The room was impeccable: clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and the bed was unusually comfortable. The setting is calm, relaxing, ideal for recharging. A place that we recommend without a second thought, and where we will come back without hesitation!

The house is very nice, spacious and bright, and well-equipped, as described, in a natural and quiet environment. Everything was perfectly clean, the bed linen too. We were able to enjoy the outdoors and the barbecue, it was perfect! We will definitely come back the next time we visit this beautiful region of the Poitevin marsh.

Very pleasant stay in a very quiet and relaxing place. Spacious duplex apartment, very clean with all amenities. Our hosts were very friendly and very attentive. They gave us very good advice for our sightseeing.

Estelle's accommodation is quiet along a very nice river to rest even if I was there for work it allowed me to relax in the evening I recommend it to all nature lovers in addition Estelle is a very nice host. I highly recommend this accommodation if you are going to the Niort area.

A gem of a place ! It is not easy to find places in the region that are not exorbitantly expensive or furnished from grandma's leftovers; this hits a perfect note with a mixture of stylish antiques and comfort, everything has been thought of down to the Savon de Marseille in the bathrooms! Clearly lots of love has been poured into the house and it shows, from a well stocked larder with everyday essentials (including coffee pods for the machine) to the lovely welcome hamper. The garden at the back overlooking the old monastery is perfect and very secluded and even though it was only April I managed to eat outside each morning and evening (there are 3 other terraces too). The host is on hand easily for tips on where to eat or visit if needed. Tusson is a great village with a good places to eat including the wonderful Gateaux for amazing cakes.

Perfect, the accommodation was spotless and the hosts are responsive. The many indications in the accommodation of activities and shops in the surroundings are very appreciable. I recommend it.

We stayed at Mélina and Brice's with our children for a short stay. The house is perfectly equipped. The little extra, baby equipment. The house is light and calm. We felt at home from the first minutes.

Very friendly host and hostess who respond very quickly to possible questions. The home has been very spacious and nicely renovated. All comforts present. Located very close to the center of Niort. Good base for bike rides.
